Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Reception immediately took my information and then directed me to the waiting area. I waited for less than 10 minutes before the nurse took me back to my prep station. Wheeled into the procedure room shortly after that. Staff was prepared and waiting for me. Doctor Kim was ahead of schedule, greeted me and recounted my results from 3 years earlier. EVERYONE was pleasant and efficient. Absolutely no complaints. An excellent experience! On my way home an hour after arrival.
Had an endo and colonoscopy today. From the receptionist to every nurse to Dr. Manokas, everyone was wonderful. Prompt, quick procedure with a four page after action report with a multitude of photos. Highly recommend this clinic and everyone who works here.
Back here today 9/9/2020 I'm here for a procedure. Sara greeted me very promptly, professionally and was very friendly!!!! Here this morning my husband has a Upper GI scheduled. We were greeted promptly only had to wait about 20mins after his scheduled appointment. Everyone was nice from the minute we walked in the door. They all were professional, friendly, personal and extremely helpful informing us both as to what to expect before, during and after his procedure. Thank you Dr Jeffrey Lefkovitz really a great Dr. I highly recommend this facility and Dr! Back again today 10/7/19 my husband has another procedure. We've been very pleased with the visits, the staff, nurses and Dr Lefkovitz
My insurance, Medical Mutual only pays for the inspection and not for the removal of any pollups. They would not work with me on this I am due for another colonoscopy. But I wait until I am 65 this coming Sept. Then I can sign up for Medicare and they will pay 80% for the procedure. As soon as I get Medicare, I am dumping Medical Mutual. These people on here had very arrogant attitudes and were very nasty talking. Stay away from these arrogant a## holes. They are terrible.
Rudest medical professionals I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this place at all cost. If they give you options CHOOSE THE OTHER ONE.
If you want overcharged for basic services and love the idea of bankruptcy from medical debt this place is for you. Sure you may qualify for a "financial hardship" and get a discount for services. In comparison: Fairfield medical center $2,500 became $0 bc I'm in the poverty level. At Westerville Endoscopy I went from $1400.38 to $1101.40 Then they have the audacity to ask for over $100/month for their payment plan. I also attempted to do lesser payments and was told "I'll have to clear this with the doctor. We feel we have been more than lenient in just $100/month" Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, this form of predatory medical services is why people would rather stay home and die than go to the doctor.
They called us to see if we could come in early because they had several cancellations on a snowy morning, so we arrived an hour and a half early and did not get in for the procedure any earlier than if we would have come in at our original scheduled time. Very frustrating, and no real explanation for this.
Poor office management. Over an hour and a half past the appointment time in the waiting room. Just incompetent. Staff performed procedures were good and caring.
The people were friendly and helpful. Seemed warm and caring from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor.
Great care and service. I would highly recommend.
