My friend lives there it's more like apts it's a pretty big place  parking lot is huge.

They don't accept dogs that are more then 25 lb that's a really sad  if ur dog is fat r tall  they will decimate against that dog its sad I hope that government stop business from these practiceRooms: 1/5

Everyone here is AMAZING!!!!!!  Especially Sandy and the GM!!!!!  Mom lived here for 11 years and last Friday she unfortunately passed away.  Sandy was comforting,  she was helpful and has a heart of gold.  She made sure to get my moms dementia husband to taken care of until someone could come get him, she greeted me with open arms when I touched ground the next day in Sparks, she gave me access to my moms room, her keys, everything!!!!!  Im so thankful for you Sandy!!!  Ill never forget the kindness they bestowed upon my Mom and me!!!  Xxxooo

Don't waste your time.  Can't even get a reply to get a room.  If they can't be bothered to reply with a simple we are full or whatever, how will they be when you need service?  I assume it is like the reviews say.  A DUMP.

I have been living here for the past two years and I am extremely happy and content to be here. I started in a studio then moved into a one bedroom apartment. It's clean, well maintained and pet friendly. I also feel safe here despite the unfortunate  rise in crime the neighborhood seems to be experiencing. Overall a very nice place to live....It's  been more than a year since I posted this review and I'm still living here, very happy with no desire to move. Still the best place!

It's a dive. Every local knows that. When you can't afford apartment deposits etc, it'll work temporarily as a "weekly". Management is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. They are rude and disrespectful. My ceiling leaked in the rain, it didn't get fixed until it caved in on the bed and floor. Maintenance "fixed"it, it still leaked and fell in again. Then management actually came up to see it and evicted me because of the mess!! No sh*t! Ever try and clean up wet plaster, insulation and attic filth from 20 year old carpeting?!? Nasty place, simple as that.

Very well maintained with highly qualified maintenance crew. Employees are fast friendly and helpful for all your needs. Bring your own bedding and towels if needed staff will direct you to the closest facility to aid you inexpensively. Their prices are the cheapest in Reno with the recent down sizing if weekly's.

Unless you need a mother or a warden don't go there. The managers try to control who can visit read your mail and are not afraid to get right in your business. My friends lived there older person moved in up stairs with promise of bottom apartment. Other younger more capable people were moved before her understand she can't get up and down stairs. I went by on reformat basis to make sure she had watt she needed and didn't have to use stairs. They won't allow me on property cause I won't give them my iD

If you're a senior & don't have a social life,  this could be the place for you.  The rules are very strict.  2 of the managers are nice & willing to work with you.  But the other one is a real witch. She acts like she's lawyer, jury & judge all in one.  1 person owns several of these places,  and without even being on a do not rent list,  she thinks she can 86 people from all the places without legal proceedings.  It's called trespassing not 86. If it's not her way,  she wants to make life miserable for everyone.
