Very unsafe docks, under remodeling construction, unpainted dock lines, employee cars speed cross docks and do not care at about blind spots. Employees also park along the dock edge causing tight if not impossible backing. Employee cars parked along entry way contributes to head to head traffic around a blind curve. This also causes semi traffic to funnel into one lane head to head, Employee cars pile in behind grid lock style. Drivers beware of construction people, materials, trailers, heavy equipment, and pedestrians. Tight turn around and blind backing throughout. I have witnessed 2 car crunches and almost pulled out 2 times while an employee prematurely opened dock door before dropping the trailer. There are no safety lights at this location or dock locks. Someone is going to get killed...just a matter of time.
Professional staff, nice facility has restrooms. Fast loading, in and out in less than hour .
Probably the worst place to get unloaded. Even if your there before someone who is picking up they will load them first. Shipping is there priority. Not receiving. If your unloaded be prepared to sit 4 hrs. The place is completely garbage.
Nice Staff, good loading time, in & out in an hour & 10 minutes. Restrooms available, have Loves & a Get go at exit for overnight parking
They put trailers everywhere. Forklift drivers camping in the warehouse. 5 hours in dock, no result at all.
Longest loading times. Occasionally quick but rarely. Most of the times 2-3 hours or more waiting to get loaded. What is the point of appointment times just to be waiting hours anyway. No red/green light system and construction equipment all over the place making backing in to a dock impossible. It’s a hit or miss.
Came here first time for pick up and ended up waiting 6 hours for load because the freight wasn’t ready they said I mean why they set up pick up when it’s not even ready anyway if u got enough hours to sit around than decide to come to this place .
Horrible place to work. Management is way unprofessional not trained well either. Most managers only promoted friends to a lead position. Way understaffed. Don’t pay enough for the amount of work they want out of you.
Long time to load. 3-4 hours. Would not recommend to an owner operator. It’s a bit tight, cuz of some construction equipment and materials laying around. It seems as though there are loading trucks 1 at a time maybe 2 but regardless it’s a long wait for a door and a long time to get loaded here
For a truck driver it is a nightmare to get into. JBHunt trailers dropped everywhere and you can't get in your dock door. I asked a JB Hunt driver to move the trailer and he was so rude and wouldn't do it. Advice to management; 1 Have JB Hunt trailers parked where they are NOT in the way of the dock doors for other trucks to back in the door. 2 ride along with a truck driver for a day so you will get a understanding about how much room we need to back a truck up. 3 make your warehouse more space for trucks by making more room for trucks to back up in your dock doors.
