Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This location gets a 5 on consistency with serving up the delicious signature Popeye's flavor, but they only get the orders right about half the time. I've gotten 3 pieces in an order if a 5 piece box, I've gotten spicy when I ordered mild, I've been told they only had spicy... those sorts of things. I love the food ans that's what keeps me coming back. There are always new faces at the window so I chalk up the mistakes to new workers Parking: Plenty of parking

The chicken was way under cooked, red beans and rice mostly white rice and the beans were dry, macaroni and cheese looks like it came out of a can,the only thing that was pretty good was the lemon Aid, the biscuit was just average. Would I return, NO! I also waited in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes unacceptable, I understand they were short on staff but still that is no excuse for uncooked chicken.

This Place has got to do better because I have had nothing but the most awful service from this Restaurant and plus after waiting forever for our food I get it cold and that is the worse thing you can do to a customer is having them wait for a very long time just to be given cold food. I Absolutely Do Not Recommend This Restaurant at all.. Do Better Popeye's or get New Employees that actually do their Job Correctly and Way Better than the Current Employees of This Restaurant.

Waited forever to get food! Forever… yes the food is good if you don’t kill yourself while waiting to get it. For the love of all that is holy please hire more competent people that understand the differences between a coke and a sprite and include spoons if required.

Great food but drive thru very slow. Also, I have had issues here with cars entering mid line because of road entrance locations. Cars will enter through back and assume they have access to the middle of the line if cars. Having some signs from the business or even a line of cones would really help reduce self entitlement and potential conflicts.

Very poorly ran Popeyes. They never have things that are on the menu. Not only that, the other day their drive thru was closed down, but no one thought to put a sign up indicating that it was closed. Competency is not their strong suit. I’d rather drive all the way to Renton. They need to do better.

I personally don't dine at Popeyes myself, my daughter and her mother love. I use to love it until I had two bad experiences. One was after waiting for a long time in line I finally got my order. I went home and opened the box and the chicken smells burnt and the color looked burnt. The second experience was after waiting for a long period of time the food that I received was so cold I really couldn't believe it. So in section term I myself stopped dining at Popeyes, I still pick-up for other family members that wants it Parking: Today you can now go back inside instead of drive up. Which was always along wait Wheelchair accessibility: They good parking for wheelchairs and the double doors which makes it easier for wheelchairs.

HUGE shout out to the [way too small group size of] three yes only 3 people who were working the entire restaurant tonight! Thank you! Our food was delicious, and you were very friendly and made the the fresh food as fast as you could with limited staff. Highly recommend the West Seattle WC location.Food: 5/5

This location is so absurdly slow. Recently the dine-in has been closed, which forces even pick-up orders to wait in the ridiculous drive-through line. The food itself is fine but when it takes 15+ minutes to pick up an order placed 30 minutes ago, you’re better off just going somewhere else.

My friend an I both ordered 3 piece Chicken strip meals an in both of are meals what we got for Chicken was out right pathetic. We literally got 1 strip that had any sort of meat in it an as far as the other 2 strips, it was just the breaded coating with basically 0 chicken inside. An to top it all off they gave us 1 Sauce between both meals when we both asked for 1 Bold BBQ an 1 Medium Heat, what we got was 1 Bold BBQ that we had to share which ended up working out because of the lack of Chicken in the Strips. Absolutely Pathetic, Soo Disappointed. SMH
