Seattle Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant

I had visited this restaurant prior to Covid and it was maybe 3 stars at the best, they have since really stepped up their game. Food had lots of veggies, tofu and great flavor. I had the vegetable pho with tofu. Best partn they add Tofu skin to their soup making it over the top good. Food: 5/5

Stopped in here randomly on the way back home from Vashon Island. It wasn’t busy at all at 6pm. Ordered the Kung Pao with “chicken” in the photo and a stir fried egg noodle dish with tofu. Enjoyed the Kung Pao but was disappointed in the noodle dish. Both were quite salty. Service was slow. The server was friendly smiled all the time but was never around when we needed anything note the restaurant was not busy- it was us and 2 other tables and she didn’t ask or check on us either. Nice concept all vegetarian and lots of options. Restaurant was clean and attractive.

Great place to eat healthy vegetarian food!! Very tasty dishes and great decor. We recommend this place if you are vegetarian or looking for a healthy meal.

This restaurant was amazing! A vegetarian's dream! But also great to take non-vegetarians because the menu is large, from, stir fry to noodle soup - and more. The staff is very friendly. It is also easy to park right in front and easy to get to. Also, the fried spring rolls were so good! Vegetarian options: Menu is 100% vegetarian. "Meat" dishes are made with vegetarian "meats".

We have been to this delicious Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant in Whitecenter twice now! We loved everything we ordered! Their food is truly good, and they have the cutest entrance and nice decor througout the restaurant. I'll go back for sure with more friends! Food: 5/5

Delicious plant proteins here for when I have a real hankering for meat and this smokey sauce is to die for! This will be my go to vegetarian/vegan chinese spot from now on. Also, the people working there are very sweet and made it easy to do pick up

I love love love love love the fresh spring rolls here. I used to have a favorite place elsewhere that closed down. I've been looking everywhere for a place that does yummy fresh rolls must have herbs inside!. There are tofu rolls with a peanut sauce yum!, And veggie rolls with a tangy sauce. I have picked up both types 3 times in the last 6 weeks. I live almost an hour away and I'm running out of reasons to drive out there.

Nice and polite server, food tastes great and the place looks incredibly zen. The bamboo groves increase the tranquility 10 folds.

Got the special vermicelli and unfortunately there was no “pork” as ordered, instead it came with a soggy egg roll with no flavor. The noodles were over cooked and soggy and there were no cucumbers. Was excited for a vegetarian option near me but very little flavor and will not be coming back.

Yummy food, great customer service, clean and cozy interior. Food is served pretty fast and you can tell it's made fresh from pure ingredients unlike other places in International district. Absolutely fell in love with their Pho. Thanks for opening a Vegan Vietnamese restaurant!
