Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeye's seemed to be very clean and well-managed. The food was good and the staff were polite. There is plenty of parking outside and it is a convenient place to go if you have to wait while your car is being serviced at the Nissan dealership which is like 50ft away. I would definitely go here again.

We went to Popeyes before the big storm and Shoprite. It was super clean, they practice masking properly, although busy they work as a team and they got the work done I give this place a 100 Percent. The young lady helping us was extra nice since I was trying to teach my son a math lesson If the bill is twelve dollars Why am giving the cashier 22 dollars although he did not get it she encourage him I also do t Like spicy but this Popeyes had mild and it was delicious. Will definitely go back

I used to go to Patricia's when I was younger. Staff was amazing! You do have to be vaccinated to eat inside. Food was delicious.

One of the employees was taking out the trash at night through the back door while I was next to being on the microphone to order food and a rat ran out from the back door. That's bad news for this Popeyes location because if a rat ran out of your place, it means even the rat didn't like your food. Nasty as hell.

I came in on Tuesday the place was kind of empty But the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. She said her name was Sam. She made my order quickly and accuratly which is not always the case at this popeyes thanks Sam your service was the highlight of my day !

The floor was sticky, my food was prepared late, and I overheard the manager say she doesn't like Jamaicans while I was waiting, I couldn't believe what I heard

They need better management. Service is not consistent. It's fast food not slow food. I find myself going to Bay Plaza location more often than New Rochelle because the service is quicker . On the plus side though, I was able to get fresh chicken made because I only wanted spicy legs and thighs.

Absolutely the worst service ever time they destroy my order if not cold it’s missing something! No fork, no spoon sometimes no napkins! I truly wonder sometimes who is managing this facility cause Christ knows they should be fired!

First time customer at this location and this is the best Popeyes I’ve had in YEARS.. thank you!

The chicken is very good, but the service is very slow and disoriented.. Gotta have at least 15 minutes of wait time to get your food here. Even if it's only 2 people in line..
