I wanted to go out and dine at the place, but for some reason only the drive-in was working. So I had the ghost pepper wings and they were flavorful, spicy enough to those who enjoy heat, but not too hot. The mashed potatoe and gravy was not that yummy for me. The biscuit, although was small the buttery flavor was amazing!! Also, the strawberry biscuit was really good. Overall... it was good, but not great.

Go Jessica! She has excellent customer service and beautiful smile. The chicken sandwich was good. First bite had a great warm balance of crisp from the fried chicken to the flavorful sauce. Topped off with a little crunch from the pickel in between the soft buns.Food: 5/5

Lobby is closed, so we wanted to do 3 separate orders apparently they can't even do two separate orders. We had to drive around 3 times. Then all of our spicy chicken sandwichs had no sauce on it. I didn't get my extra pickle. We didn't get our sauces even though we asked at the window for more and the lady swore it was in the bag. The young lady was that room our first order was the only good experience we had there. The rest of the workers were rude. Never again will we back. Oh and they no longer have corn.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD! After I order two white meat chicken combos and sweet and spicy wings, she said they only had one with meat left so I’ll get dark. I said I don’t want the meals if they are going to be dark meat. They the “manager” kept yelling at me through the drive thru window saying, I kid you not. “I’m esplaining to you over and over and then I Said “I’m explaining to you that if the chicken wings aren’t white meat I don’t want them. Which I never understand chicken wings being dark meat like what are they talking about? And she kept yelling at me over and over not listening to what I was trying to change/order so then she refused to serve me at all. So, I asked for her name and she made jokes about it, I went to the window. She was so PETTY that she wouldn’t open the window to speak to me only to tell the customers behind me to go around. So, I’m glad they had to send out an employee on the side door to get the payments and then have to bring out the food since they want to be lazy, petty, and extremely unprofessional! I’ll get her name one day! Avoid this place! Brooklyn Center and I am I BLACK WOMAN! RACIST LOCATION!!!!!

I had a free coupon from a survey and was told because I went to another Popeyes I couldn't use the coupon at another Popeyes. I was told they just started doing that. Vegetarian options: Red beans and rice

Terrible customer service skills. They mistook my 3 pc meal for a combo #3. Instead of fixing it they argued with me about my order. I just took what they gave me. That will be the last time I go to Popeye's. Way too many issues with food in the past.Food: 1/5

It has been a while since I went to popeye's. We went late and about 40 mins before close. I love the spicy chicken from here but they said they were out due to the kitchen closing at 9pm 90 mins before close. That is not communicated anywhere. We went with the 5peice tender combo with a side and drink. Chicken was good breading was light and flaky. It desires more flavor which is why I usually choose the spicy flavor. Everything else was solid.

I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no sides or anything. There was no line. They still got it wrong and gave me a regular chicken sandwich. This would only be mildly frustrating but the breading tasted stale and was rock hard, there was an explosion of mayonnaise in the package, and the buns were ice cold. Strange and disappointing, will not be back lol

Employee rushed my order and ended up messing it up with the wrong sauce I asked for. Chicken nuggets were also clumped up leaving the breading bad. Pretty disappointed with my experience here.
