I ordered thur the Mobile app, got a free Rewards 5 layer burrito for doing so, My experience with the drive thur lady was ok, she seemed to be overwhelmed, I went inside, it took a extra 5 minutes for my free Reward. The workers looked like they didn't want to be there. Got my order, it was hardly any meat, barely any refried beans, a speck of onions, mostly dough and cheese sauce, I'm very disappointed in what they give there Rewards members. And I feel sick. Definitely a hit or miss, the women seem to make better food when they are in good moods, I say that because when I was Leaving one of the food workers female, on the line gave me a nasty look. AND YES MY BIRTH NAME IS SENORITA! WORST BURRITO EVER! 3.8 ?? More LIKE 1.8 NEVER EATING AT THIS LOCATION I LIKE ZANTIGOS IN FRIDLEY MUCH BENEFITS
Employees set temperature in Lobby to about 59 or 60. Just say the lobby was missing snow thats how cold it was. We let the Employee that was taking our order know that we wanted to dine in but his dining room was freezing he said yup ok to go?? and all our food was baged up. We ordered a grilled cheese burrito box and got half the items without a box. We were missing 3 items. They weren't rushing or anything it took awhile to get our food so I don't know why we were missing items plus had cracked tacos and had half the ingredients in there. The last thing id like to mention is the Quesadilla that clearly stated Extra extra grilled was not even grilled for its proper time the first time. Didn't even steam the cheese. Again they didn't even rush to get us our food, so why were we missing items and also not to mention the low quality food they were serving. I was eating an ungrilled un melted quesadilla. I have pictures of it too. In the pictures you can see we had to eat in the car like taco bell didn't have a lobby. There were other customers who came in said wholly its really cold and left. I don't blame them.
It's taco bell so we don't expect amazing food or service, but we've had about a 12% success rate at getting the correct food recently from this location. If you're ordering veggie items, especially avoid this location. We've gotten several "veggie Fiesta burritos" that were filed with beef. Go a bit further to any other location and you'll be more likely to get the right stuff.
Hard taco shell broken in half and the nachos had a table spoon of meat.‍ y’all gotta stop being stingy with the meat Taco Bell. False advertising on tv.Food: 2/5

This location is top-notched. Food quality was perfect and the store was clean. People like to joke about Taco Bell, and that's a lot of fun, but this is a quick and affordable option for a delicious meal. Parking: I've never had an issue with parking. There are plenty of spaces for the dinner-in capacity.
Friendly faces and a clean facility make this Taco Bell a lovely choice when you realize you must make a run for the border. My mobile order was ready at the promised time, made as specified. Thank you to Taco Bell for helping me with that South of the Border craving. I love you, Taco Bell, and this location exemplifies all that I love about the Bell. Ding.
If I could give negative stars I would. If I couldn't attach photos you wouldn't believe how sad this order is. That was supposed to be a beefy 5 layer, a crunch wrap supreme l, and a taco SUPREME. I mean.... It really doesn't get much worse than this.
I really can appreciate a 24hr tacobell and despite location and what stereotypes you may have there staff is awesome and makes you feel completely comfortable even at 3 or 4 am definitely like this this storeFood: 5/5
