Placed an online order and pick up was for 6 pm. I didn’t receive my order until 6:20 pm. My ticket was still in the machine when I got there and all of the staff was unprofessional. They were all talking amongst themselves about personal things and none of it was work related. My order was for a 2 piece white meat and I got a 2 piece dark meal. There were people coming in after me that was there for their food and none of it was ready. Poor customer service and the food was poor quality. Never coming back again, you just lost a customer

This picture is the side of macaroni and cheese that I just received today from the drive thru. I got no utensils or napkins. My sweet tea was so hot I couldn’t drink it. It’s too bad because I really like their chicken.Food: 1/5

The food is always good. My only issue I ever face there is on a service level and time in which it takes to place the order. I have used both the lobby and drive-thru and there is always a wait just to place the order, then a wait for the food. On my last visit, I wasn't advised that they would have to make the shrimp fresh. I am appreciative of fresh food but I would have liked a heads up as I was pulled up to the end of the drive thru line and waited with no ETA.

What a disappointing experience for 3 people! It's been at least 6 months since visiting a Popeyes establishment. But a few folks at work requested so I agreed to go grab some for lunch. The wait time from drive thru to receiving food and going back in due to a side item left was approximately 25 minutes! I went before 12 noon! However let's just forgive the fact of the long wait time. It's understandable short staffing issues everywhere. However what is not forgivable was the quality of food! Bland chewy tenders that I particularly waited to be cooked and chewy shrimp tasting nuggets along with cold and soft fries! My order was over $36 and an absolute waste. If I was "that" person I would have brought complete order back and asked for refund. Wasted lunch time and wasted money today at this Popeyes. Reason why they get a 2 and not a 1 was the friendly drive thru woman.

When done right, the Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich is amazing. Most Popeyes restaurants have a long wait time, which is to be expected. Chicken is expensive these days, it takes time to cook and can't be kept too long after it's cooked or it just doesn't taste the same. Fortunately for me, there was only one car in front of me, so my order was relatively quick. The woman who took my order was tired but friendly. The kitchen staff busily worked on orders. Unfortunately my chicken tasted like it had sat too long, but I suppose the alternative option was a longer wait time for fresh chicken. The fries my granddaughter received were cool and soggy, though she ate them, so I'm guessing they weren't that bad.

stopped at Popeye's Chicken on my way back from doing a lawn maintenance jobhadn't been there in a while so I tried their classic chicken sandwich with a side of coleslaw, the chicken sandwich was fantastic as advertised , the coleslaw was average which actually surprise me I remember it being much more flavorful the last time I was there which like I said has been awhile, I will go back the next time I'm in the area the store was extremely clean and the associates were absolutely fast and friendly I have added a few photos from my most recent visit and again was very satisfied across the board

Super unpleasant experience with the younger girl at the window. We pulled up to order at the drive thru and she was being sarcastic and her tone was rude. We pulled up to the window, then she told us to move forward. The coke we ordered tasted like seltzer and they served that to us knowing that “they ran out.” We didn’t receive our mashed potatoes we ordered or the extra biscuit we ordered. When we were paying at the window we asked for ranch and we didn’t receive that either. This girl was getting irritated with US and told us “you can miss me” when we just asked to receive the rest of our order. She told us to get out our car and go inside and get a new drink after she handed us a “coke” that was just brown seltzer. We went to this location on 9/17/23 at around 6:20. Really disappointing experience and I wish I could say this was my first bad experience with Popeyes customer service, but it is definitely not the first time.

Any 5 star reviews on here are clearly from employees or their friends. This place is absolutely terrible. Staff are not very friendly, which would be fine if they did their job efficiently. Takes 20 minutes just standing in the line to even order because they take one person's order and then walk away to complete it before coming back to take the next order. Apparently, they fit mobile orders in just whenever they feel like it, and the drive thru is slow, but they take those orders faster than going inside. Food when you get it was not worth the wait or money spent. Will never eat here again.

Just left there and paid $11 almost $12 for a 2 piece white! Only to get to work and it's a wing and a thigh! Call the number on website and receipt and it's out of order!Food: 1/5

I placed a mobile order to pick up through drive-through. When I went through the drive-through to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t ready and I should come inside and wait. I waited inside for about 40 minutes. The food took 58 minutes to prepare. It was six wings and two sandwiches. Everyone in the back was in slow motion. There were several delivery drivers also waiting in the lobby for their orders. One person was waiting about an hour. I would never go back to this location again.
