The manager her name is a day of the week is not friendly & quite rude. My husband does not want to give them business because of her. My mother likes their chicken breast because it is meaty so I continue going there. Maybe it’s time to retire or go on disability. When mentioned to her she is not friendly anymore her reply was I have health issues. I feel for her having to work with health issues. Customer have health issues too. There is an excellent employee whom feels in as manager when she is not there. She gives exceptional customer service. I do not have her name but her mother lives in New York. She is always friendly, smiling & helpful. Promote her.

Just bought chicken there. The chicken was old tasting and had a tainted taste like it was freezer burned and they still used it. The size were very small and dry and how do you get dark meat dryFood: 1/5

Being from south Louisiana originally I'm very familiar with this great fast food chain. This is a go to place for some great tasting food from mild to spicy. Our go to is their spicy fried chicken, Cajun fries and mash potatoes with gravy. This particular location in Sevierville Tennessee served our meal hot and fresh. I would have given it five stars but this location needs to be updated as it is showing a little bit of wear. Thanks Popeyes for staying true to your roots of serving great Louisiana flavored food.

I LOVE POPEYE'S CHICKEN, but NEVER go to this location!!!!!! After 25 minutes of waiting for my order simple order, see receipt pic and watching multiple groups of people who ordered after I did get their food before me, I asked to speak to the manager. I told her that I had been waiting for 25 minutes, that I did not have an unlimited lunch break and that I had to go back to work. She looked up at the computer screen showing my order, said NOTHING, and just walked away! I went back to my table to get my phone and walked out. No one apologized or tried to offer me food or a refund. I filed a complaint with Popeye's corporate website, sending pictures and details. I told them I didn't care about the money, I just wanted someone to explain to me WHY I was treated this way. After waiting more than the required 10 business days for the local manager to review the complaint I received NO explanation, apology, nor refund. Corporate were absolutely USELESS!!!!

The best thing about this place is the service; excellent and professional. The staff is always pleasant and smiling and are constantly making recommendations of new things to try. The ghost pepper wings are my favoriteFood: 5/5

It's fast food lol biscuits are not the same as 15 years ago they get hard as a rock when they are cold spicy is not spicy and dirty rice is not the same ! So what I did was put my experience up here and threw my order away stop by food city pick up ribs abd steaks and bbq yeah that was much better I learn my lesson! AmenFood: 3/5

The lady at the register was clueless and didn't know how to operate the machine. She didn't hear a word we said and got the order wrong. There was no one in front of us, but it took way too long to get our order.Food: 4/5

The AC was out but the crew was still going & from what I could tell they all had good attitudes about it . The fries had been sitting there forever & could definitely tell but after dealing with that heat I'm not gonna doc em. Another day in the not so distant future... Food was awesome. Blows Might-B-A-Chick Filet away! Everything was great, short wait but that's ok, 1 thing I will say, the people that work there seem really depressed. Almost like they're upset that your there.

Very unclean, and disgusting, seen employee eating wings in front of us customers with no worries at all then continued to cook without washing hands or putting on gloves grabbing food out of freezer and throwing in fryer.Rooms: 1/5
