A shame they don't put the funds and efforts to this..Has a lot of potential..Instead of spending the money on redoing good sidewalks to retain annual funding, shift the funds to Parks.Springs needs more oversight on funding/spending.
Absolutely the best pool experience I could have found for teaching my reluctant granddaughter that pools are fun and safe. The pool is clear and fresh, pool house and deck are clean and inviting. The staff is totally dedicated to the safety of the kids and do not hesitate to maintain the rules and confront any possible danger with kids and adults. All college age young people, they are on task and while they could be quite social with each other, they are focused and diligent when on duty at the pool. My only regret is that I did not try this pool earlier in the Summer so that we could have had more time to enjoy before the start of District 11. Thank you so much for a really great swimming experience. See you a few more times before Memorial Day and absolutely next year.
Very nice city park.
Nice park but not wheelchair accessible. 1 restroom was open & very hard for me to watch my 2 Great Grandson's play soccer. My Grandson pushed my wheelchair & I had to try & walk.
A great public pool! Lots of space, attentive staff. Very nice grass area around the pool. Located in a nice neighborhood. Has 2 slides for the kids. Whole thing is nice and maintained.
Came in on rainy Sunday, no one was at the pool, no baseball games were going on. Walked in where 5 employees were just sitting in a circle talking at the front desk. Asked if I could use the restroom and one guy said yeah. Then a girl asked if I was a YMCA member and I said no and she said I couldn't use the restroom. Lmao. I use this park everyday and pay every time to use the swimming pool, there's literally no one in the building besides employees sitting on their butts and you won't let me use the restroom for 30 seconds? Okay. I'll find another neighborhood park that has restrooms and I'll pay them for their facilities because at the end of the day, letting someone use the restroom isn't that big of a deal.
This is my nieces favorite pool. Front staff is friendly an helpful. Water is a great temp an pool is kept up an grounds r clean.
Fairly large grassed area and baseball combination, tennis courts and swimming pool. Hiking trail cuts across it. Basketball ball courts and playground
