C.S Porter is one of three public middle schools in Missoula, MT. With great teachers and staff we strive to support, encourage, and inspire each one of our 6th, 7th and 8th graders. Porter kids are the best! Go Cougars!!
Missoula County Public Schools has a mission to ensure that each student achieves his/her full and unique potential. Currently, the District has five main goals:

3. Define and Implement a quality professional development program that encompasses best practices and supports the needs of all staff.
4. Restructure the organization to become more efficient, effective and accountable to support the goals of the District.
