Dan cleaned out our pellet stove and chimney. He was he very thorough and knowledgeable, and more importantly willing to share his wisdom. He explained routine maintenance and what I could do to assist the longevity of our pellet stove. Not knowing a lot about pellet stoves this was very helpful to me. Thank you!!

Honest and reputable. They came when they were scheduled to, and had a very quick turn around on getting a quote and installed. Price was good for them traveling and being one of the only people nearby selling fireplaces.
Really good service! I had an issue with something that wasn't done properly to my pellet stove. It caused some other problems, when dealing with them I went in and spoke with Bill the owner. After talking with him the whole thing was taken care of right away! I really appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to take care of it!! Iwould highly recommend, to anyone who is looking for a pellet stove too go there!!! Customer service is forgotten nowadays by most businesses, but not with Bill and his crew. If you are in need of a pellet stove, hot tub or smoker go see porters.
Repairman called me to say the part was ordered, said “it will get here whernever it gets here” I say I wanted to be there when he comes to go over the equipment. He said he never got the message. I had just stopped by the store, girl said she had no record of us needing a repair call. I left my number. He called later and was totally arrogant to me.
These guys are great! I wanted the world's quietest pellet stove, and they sure delivered. There was a problem with the stove right after it was installed, and they were so quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Wonderful service, thanks! Jewel

Have gone to Porters for several things and have had them come out to work on my hot tub and they are always extremely helpful, very reasonable, kind and responsive. Will keep going back and absolutely recommend them
Michelle was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was using my hot tub to the fullest! I would definitely recommend her and the crew at Porter's for all of your hot tub needs.
