I have had bunions on both feet for over 40 years. They never hurt, just looked horrible. I went to Dr. Portnow because my toes were hurting on my left foot. There was actually a section by the bottom of my toes that was swollen. I thought I was going to need surgery finally. Dr. Portnow was so thorough, took the time to explain what was really going on, took X-rays, fit me for an orthotic, and gave me a cortisone shot for the pain and swelling. By the time I got home, the pain was already gone! Dr. Portnow’s friendly and extremely knowledgeable demeanor made for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend him!

I have been seeing Dr. Portnow for a couple of years now and he has helped me with my feet. Just recently provided me with braces for my feet and I will tell you they work great. It’s improved my walking, my feet don’t hurt and I can wear them all day. Thank you, Robert for the care you’ve provided for me!

As i grew up in the country i put all energy into sports and gymnastic dance met w several podiatrists over the years both knew personally and professionally. I have been suffering in silence for years feling like no one could help. Finally took a chance to fix my traumatized feet and toes. Dr. Portnow put my mind at ease with his updated knowledge of podiatry, charm and reassuring attitude working to make sure I am confident and happy patient. I'm glad he listens and look forward to a better future with my feet and enjoy life a little more.

Ive had feet and back pain since I was 16 and got the custom made inserts here and theyve changed me life! I’m a hair stylist and I’m on my feet all day and these are the best since I don’t like to wear tennis shoes, I can still be stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend :
