Really enjoyed this place when I stopped. Only been here once but can imagine this place is always on point. The energy was great and the people working were both knowledgeable and helpful. Was a little busy during my visit but was still able to get in and out. Told them what I was looking for and they quickly located a few great options for me. The crazy thing is I had already passed this place going to a few others and one of the places I stopped at actually recommended me to check this place out. You don’t get that too often but love to see a company put their pride to the side and speak highly of one of their competitors. Jordan did a great job, highly recommend you have him get you together if you are able to have a choice.
My son told me about a special on Breeze 6/$100. I went in for my first time to try it out. I told the salesman what my son had seen. His response was no they are 2/$40. I just figured my son seen it wrong and made my purchase. I got home and my son showed me the special on their page he was right! So I went back for them to fix it. I was given 2 options buy another 6 today and I'll do a $100 or I'll put the credit difference on your account. At first he said there wasn't much he could do and I told him if that is the truth then that will be my first and last time. After that I was given my options in my opinion that is not fair to force me to spend more money when your staff or system was was wrong not me! Don't believe any sales you see on the website. I will never go back to use my credit that will probably never be on my account. Nice try you already overcharged me now you want me to spend more? Don't think so!
Puff us our preferred dispenerie. We always get good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were served by Ms. Jessica P. Today. She was knowledgeable about the product and went out of her way to serve us.
Bee is the best budtender ever!!! I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service she provided. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and displayed an impressive knowledge of the various cannabis strains, products, and their effects. She took the time to listen to my preferences and needs, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to my individual experience level and desired effects. Her expertise was truly impressive. I left the dispensary feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also more informed about cannabis than ever before. See you next time!

This is a fun place. Very nice, monster facility. The store is right up the stairs. Excellent check in. Very friendly. No wait. Our gal was very knowledgeable and truly nice. Picked up a few things. Prices were spot on for the product. Definitely check this Puff out.
I was worried pulling in due to how busy it was, I didn’t want it to be an “all day” kinda trip. SO GLAD I DID! This is the second location I have visited and to say that they have always “been on their game” would be an understatement. Professional and ALWAYS knowledgeable! I leave learning something new every time!!! The line was long, there were a lot of people waiting and yet it felt faster than the TB drive thru! THANKS PUFF!! Continue being you!

This would totally be a 5 star, if the guy doing curbside wasn't charging more than what my online receipt said. Weirdly enough, he always rounds it up to the closest dollar. Nobody ever mentioned that being the standard practice for this business, so I am left to wonder if my money is being skimmed. Other than that issue, the rest of the staff have been fantastic and incredibly helpful! Pricing is phenomenal compared to a lot of other places, and quality is excellent!
When on this side of town & Puff has some deals, we are sure to stop in and restock. Staff is always helpful, I’ve never had a bad experience here. If you’re curious, come on in. Tell Jaylin I said High
