I must say that in my 67 years, I've been to a lot of physical therapys & Team Rehab is the first one I've really finished. From the first day I walked in, it felt different than all the others. They don't treat you like it's just a job. From the receptionists, therapy techs, to the therapists, they truly care about your well being, & work very hard getting you on the road to recovery. I have told all my family & friends to go there & now I'm telling you, you will get no better physical therapy then Team Rehab. Call them! You won't regret it.
I was in a bad motorcycle wreck which makes me have to continue PT on and off for the rest of my life. My amazing primary doctor sent me to Team Rehab in Madison heights and they are by far THE BEST physical therapy team I have had the pleasure working with. Each an every employee in that place CARES about us as patients well being. It’s very close knit inside those walls screaming nothing but professionalism! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK Team Rehab and MANY Thanks for helping me help myself in aiding in my recovery.
I just completed therapy for a reverse total shoulder at Team Rehab- Madison Heights. I have been to another P.T. in the area and there is no comparison. T.R. has a staff of educated, professional and compassionate people. The front desk staff was always helpful and made scheduling so easy. Thank you Lauren and Team Rehab!!!
My 12yr old needed PT after breaking her foot. Shes back to 100%, but she was sad her therapy sessions were over. Ryan is awesome, he made every session so much fun. Nate is great too. Everyone in this office is so nice and friendly and they all encouraged her. Would definitely recommend!
Kyle was so helpful. He knew what my goals were and made sure I was able to meet them. He even gave me exercises to continue when my treatment was done so there wouldn’t be any relapses. In addition to being a wonder physical therapist, he is just a really nice guy!
Team rehab is outstanding, friendly, smiling, pleasant & extremely helpful. They dont give up until they have achieved their goal of working with you & teaching you techniques to help yourself at home. I broke my tibia & fibula & I must say that even with a severe injury it was a pleasant experience being around such kind people. I just graduated after 4 months & Kyle Sullivan, my therapist gave me back my life & independance. I am so pleased.
I have a back condition and went to Team Rehab for physical therapy for that condition. My Therapist, Kyle Sullivan, proved to be great. He's extremely experienced; I had no idea that he was, and still is, the Asst Director at the time I was there. He really listened to me and made changes to my exercises his plan based on his observations of my progress, as well as his observations of my ability or sometimes lack thereof to do the prescribed exercises, Additionlly, he was really tuned in to the after effect of those exercises, how my body was dealing with the exercise plan he created for my therapy. Matt Steven was also very helpful. Kyle challenged me, and I did my best to meet the challenge. The assistants that really monitor the patients/clients on the floor as they go through their exercise program and keep them on track are all very nice; some of them are more than just "nice". In some cases - and I'm talking to you John and Nate - went over and above to help me with encouragement, especially form still hate that dead lift, and the patient's level of duress while exericising, and were always extremely supportive. Both Kyle, and they, did their best to keep me engaged; it was truly a "Team" effort. They were also extremely aware - aware of their patients progress, difficulties, tendencies, and even at times the patient's mood and confidence or again, lack thereof in what they are doing; at least that was my experience. I think they did their very best to help me. The facility was convenient, and it was easy to make appointments - both Nichole and Natalie are wonderful - as they helped me coordinate my appointments around other things that were going on in my schedule, and at hours that worked for me. I believe that they all worked to do their very best to help me, and I even kind of miss - if one can miss difficult exercises dead lift - seeing those guys as they were so good to me and did their best to keep the mood upbeat and fun. I realize that fun isn't always something that can be attributed to difficult and taxing rehabilitation .... but they certainly try to make you feel as good as you can with what you're doing while you are at their "office". I feel badly that I don't remember every name of every assistant ... but they all pitch in to help their patients. If you expect a purely one on one experience, or a small boutique practice, this is not it - but it was the right fit for me. Thanks Team Rehab for doing all you could to help me feel better!
I could not be more happy with the excellence of Team Rehab Madison Heights. Tracey Smiles and the entire staff are just great. A very profesional rehab that I highly recomend to anyone looking for the best personal focus rehab. Thank you all for the "Great Service " you all provide.

Team Rehabilitation in Madison Heights does a wonderful job with their physical therapy. They take the time out to answer any of your questions and to give you encouragement. Everyone who works there is polite and sociable.
