Top Line Nails

Hadn’t been here in a while but I got a gift certificate so I brought my daughter for a mani pedi and a pedi for me. The owner is very nice and the young woman that did my pedi was very nice and did a great job. However the guy that did my daughters mani pedi was horrible. He kept complaining that she had too much skin around her toes and was very rude, then when he did her mani he cut her fingers several times and proceeded to complain that it was her fault because she had too much skin. She has never had any issues with any other mani or pedi she has had done elsewhere. Extremely disappointed. He even did a poor job on the polish. Then when I was totaling up the cost they said they charge an extra $5 on the mani pedi for polish!! Had they said that I would not have gotten polish since it’s winter and no one is seeing our feet right now!! I won’t be going back to this place, I wish my daughter had spoken up before we left because I honestly would have said all this to the owner at that time. We will be repainting her nails for her dance today.

I went to this place on Friday July 28,2023 to get my nails done for my birthday. I wanted a mani, pedi, and my eyebrows waxed. I got my mani and pedi and wanted to get my eye brows done but was told I would have to wait until the lady Lisa was done servicing a client. So I waited about 15 minutes and told them to forget the eyebrows because I had to leave. So Saturday I noticed my nail polish started peeling so I called the salon on Sunday to tell them about my nails. So I go in today July 31,2023 to get my nails fixed and the same guy did my nails. I told him I wanted to take all the polish off and just do shellac and I would pay the difference. The guy started taking the polish off the nails where the polish was chipped. So again I told him I wanted to do shellac instead of the regular polish that I had. So then the lady Lisa comes over and tells me that my polish chipped because I had regular polish. Now I’ve had regular polish from other salons that did not chip which I told her. So I asked her how much it would be to get shellac on my nails and she told me $25 but she could do the regular polish for free. I asked why would I want to get the same polish just to have to come back in two to three more days and have to go through the same thing? So I told her I’ll pay the $25 because I wanted my nails to look good but I did let her know that I would not be back. The Lady then started speaking in her language to the guy who was doing my nails and the guy at the station next to me and they were talking In their language and laughing. This is not my first time visiting this establishment nor was I the only one in there complaining about the service.Services: Pedicure

The salon is beautiful. Went to gift to myself a full set and a pedicure. The atmosphere was nice until there was commotion and yelling from the nail techs. The gentleman who did my nails didn't understand what I asked for and left a bunch of acrylic on my skin and under my nails. I paid 75 for nails and feet and the quality of work I dont think was worth the money. My nails from right to left hand in sexe. Do not match. My pedicure was adequate he missed spots on both my feet and nails with color. I did enjoy a cup of coffee while there. If I go back I'll have to request someone else.

Absolutely overly priced. Big salon however, good for a last minute resort.

Anne did such a wonderful job on my spa pedicure. At first I thought it may have been too rushed but Anne went over each task multiple times massaging my calves and feet with each step. The polish looks great and I feel pampered and calm

My nails where fat and bubbly my ring finger has rhinestones on them but the stones are too long so ever time I scratch myself they hurt me also you can still see the yellow from my old nails my toes look like a 6 year old done them he painted my toes and there is polish on the top of my foot If I could give them 0 stars I would definitely not worth the 60 dollars for a fill in
