Well they all seem really nice however I think the one on Hillagas is very small I think that our kiddos have a lot of energy and they need to move around a lot and just think that that would be too small for my son especially. Also they do not have cameras in the facility they've been in operation for 20 years that's beyond me as to why they would not have cameras by now. I do not feel safe putting my son anywhere without cameras that leaves a wide array of opportunity for abuse not saying that they have stuff that would do that or do do that just that it would open a window for that to happen and there'd be no way to prove it or or detour it from happening. I have to be able to account on all levels what goes on with my child. So that's why two stars.
Honestly I wouldn't even trust these guys to watch my dog, the vice president Jake is a very rude man. I asked about a incident report concerning my child where he rudely tried to talk over me multiple times and would not let me express what the issue at hand that was with my son. They launched a investigation but they're investigation was just simply asking their employee's. When asked if they could pull cameras that's when they told me the facility doesn't have cameras , this is where Jake rudely tried to tell me I have Done a walkthrough of the facility and I should know that there is no cameras but I was never offered a walk-through as it was the start of COVID-19.They go through technician's like they are going out of style and therefore now my son who already has a hard time understanding now has no understanding stranger danger. I was also told by a technician named Sarah that I was not allowed to go in and sit down with my son as he was having issues that day due to HIPAA however when I'm on the phone with Jake I'm informed that Sarah told him she never once said that to me, for anybody that ever considers this school to second think on it.. seriously
It is excellent ... they have helped my son with autism the most
