I try to give the benefit of the doubt with bad customer service but I have the worst customer service every time I have to go in to this location. The two old men have attitude issues even when you’re nice to them and they will turn you away because they don’t like how you package your items. I’ve had to make multiple trips trying to get the packing just right so they will actually do their jobs and process my packages. I despise having to go to this location, wish they would get better workers with less attitude and who knew how to do the job properly.
Just dropped off some mail here and the blue collection boxes outside are extremely far away from your car. Every other post office has them close to your car so you can roll down your window and put your mail in, then drive away. For some unknown reason the collection boxes here are quite away from your car. I had to actually park my car and get out to mail my letters. The car in front of me and behind me did as well. All they need to do is move them six inches closer and there is plenty of room to do this.
I've called them frequently over the years for help with tracking and even expedition. They've always — and I do mean always — been friendly, warm, considerate, and helpful in my experience.
They were well staffed, worked quick, and were very friendly! Everything you could possibly need at a post office.
Went in for a simple change of address, dude behind the counter got really aggressive because I didnt bring something i was supposed to. I understand i mafe a mistake, but he was unnecessarily rude. It was the old guy with a ponytail.
I live and work at Brandychase Apts . Dan Troup delivers our mail. He goes above and beyond everyday to make sure all mail is delivered to the proper place in our very large complex. He always has a smile and a friendly wave and a very positive attitude! We also get numerous comments from our tenants every month about how great he is!
There was an old hag that was taking too long, she had an attitude and all of that, looked miserable with her shaggy brown greasy looking hair. Y’all don’t come here, I’m warning y’all, that woman will give you the evil eye as soon as you walk in the door and waste yo time .
Had a very unpleasant experience with Kim. She had a very nasty attitude towards the people in line before me and with me. Needs some training on customer service for sure!
I ordered oil through Amazon that USPS was suppose to deliver. They left a note saying "wasn't delivered due to leaking package/damage" but you can pick up at this location. Called this location and through automated system says the package was here and ready for pickup even though it was suppose to be delivered to my address. I make a trip their to pick up package and after talking with 3 staff members proceeded by the manage I get "it's not here, must have been sent back to amazon". Well when and how was I suppose to know that. Now I can't get a refund from Amazon as I don't have the package to send back. You just cost me a bunch of money and I'm not happy about it!
This branch has the worst customer service of any I’ve experienced. I make the the trip to Milford or Mt. Washington before coming here. Honestly the last time I was here I thought I was on a prank TV show or something.
