Post Office-Avon

I have been using this place for years. It is run by a very nice family. Who are well known in the area. It all started years ago with Carrie's mom. Now family biz run by Carrie n her daughter in law. I never had any issues with their service. They are always helpful and provide resources if they can. If you are new to the area. I highly recommend you stop by. Carrie will still share the info about the area whether you buy anything from her or not. She is just a very friendly person. Who loves to help others especially the new comments into the community. I highly recommend giving your business.

Simply, the best service in all of Southern Cal! By far.

Excellent service. Yes, the ATM machine does charge $1.75 transaction fee & rounds up to the next $5.00, & the change difference is returned to the customer. All customers are told this before the charge. The fee goes to the debit machine company. They also accept ZELLE & VENMO, which was free. They will do their best to save you in shipping.

Best service! This's contracted by USPS, so they don't take credit cards and take only debit cards or cash. But the lady helped me was the most amazing person I've met behind a counter. She went out of her way to help me do a Certified Mail on 8/20/20. Thank you!

Never a problem, nice lady but they get bad reviews over the ATM or when they take cards... don't got nothing to do with them, you give restaurants 1 or 2 stars cause of those fees, if you do then you're just cheap and want everything for free.

Clerk may be nice, but twice a letter and package were lost. Should've just made the drive to a real post office. Very frustrating especially since little tracking slips are given separately not stapled together like at the post office. Never again would I use this little location or would recommend for anything important.

Very slow service, don't use your debit card or they'll charge you a fee, plus for no reason they give you cash back even if you don't want it so they can charge extra fee for almost $2 dlls, and because of this your bank will charge you an extra fee. So you pay 3 times extra for no reason, so it's better to go to the real post office. Never coming back..

I am in Riverside from out of town. Google sent me to a main US Post Office that apparently relocated a few months earlier. The next location was this one- "A Unique Mailing Store" USPS. The ladies and customers were absolutely sweet and helpful and truly one of those unexpected home town America stops. Thanks ladies

Packages take 3 days to be put in the PO BOX after DELIEVERY to post office, I quit my job working here at the post office because they care more about themselves then there job I HATE my BOSS

Extremely rude old woman next door claims she is the owner. Very unpleasant to deal with
