I don't ship very often so when I do I need a lot of help from the desk. I have questions about the best way to ship something either in a pre-priced box versus just pack it yourself and ask the staff to weigh it. The staff have always patiently help me find the best option despite having to serve a high volume of people. Definitely there are a ton of other services than you can self checkout with such as stamps.
i don’t have high expectations coming to the usps. i understand the politics & how the last president gutted the system. has to be one of the most friendly locations i’ve been. they were actually helpful and welcoming. i appreciate the older lady working there today, African American: so kind & sweet.
This is a wonderful post office, filled with staff that care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They're quick, efficient, and very professional. I stopped going to my local post office and am happy to patronize this one instead. Kudos to USPS Battleground!
Very kind staff at this location. Line often stretching out the door but moves quick. We sent some pretty complicated mail from this location and it always got to where it was going.
I went online to create and print a label off on their website. The website wouldn’t load my label for me to print so I went to this location to see if they could look up my account or order and print off the label. How is it they are incapable of doing that? The women kept talking about a QR code saying the website should give me one…USPS doesn’t give you a QR code when you buy a label on their site….they were uninterested in actually trying or understanding what I was asking for. They didn’t even bother to look at their computers….trash service.
Great post office. Convenient location, if there's a line it moves quickly, and the staff are very helpful. They take time to explain the shipping options.
The envelopes are nice. The assortment of packaging materials, tape, boxes Etc. Is more than sufficient. Postal workers are friendly.
Ive been going here a few times a week everyone there is professional and willing to help you out.
The location on Battleground has been always been really pleasant. One reason I hate going to the post office is because my past experiences at other locations have been really bad. The people that work at the Battleground location are helpful and kind. They are engaged and willing to answer questions. I went 5 days before Christmas and am so relieved that I left feeling happy.
Agree with the majority of the other reviewers here who've commented on how friendly and courteous the staff here is, even when the lines are long. I appreciate that they have knowledgeable postal workers present some of them may be volunteers walking around the entrance and main areas who ask you about what you need before you stand in the queue & direct you to the right boxes and envelopes. Employees at the counter could be just a little quicker so the lines move even faster, and I wish they didn't have to manually write down each tracking number if you bring it in to find out about a missing package. Wish they had as much capability as their main delivery center to provide more info abt missing parcels, and also wish they had a passport application service, but I guess that would quite unnecessarily overload their staff with work. All in all, in over a year of coming here, I've never faced any major problems. I hope this great customer service experience continues especially because I mail a ton of stuff nearly every month.
