I was having issues with delivery of a package and a lady can’t remember her name, I believe it starts with a K was so helpful and even gave me a follow up call the next day to ensure it was delivered. best customer service I received from a company
A review huh? Ok: I live in this postal area. Mail, packages, etc... get "lost in the mail" consistently. In my attempt to talk to my local mail carrier, this is what I was met with when I tried to speak to her: assuming she was wearing ear-buds "Huuh?? Shee be know'n wut sheez beez doin, fo realz girl. Dat mu'fu' aintz gotz nuffin on hur, sheez fo reel. Hole up, at that point I think she muted her ear-buds and she said "U needz sumfin?" I said "yes, I would like to speak to you about possible lost mail". Her response: "Datz aint gotz nuffin to wit me. U needz to take dat up wit da post office". I went to the Post Office. This is what I was told after I explained my lost mail concern: "We aint findz nuffin. She had lookdid all ovah da place an' she aintz fowndz nuffin. I't prolly gotz losted. U needz ta fillz diz out handed me a form". I filled it out and handed it back to her. Then she said "Da managuh aintz here. She'z prolly fitna be back zoon doe. U needz ta giv it ta hu". I said "can you give it to her?" She walked away lip smacking and teeth sucking so I have no idea if the form was ever given to "Da Managuh". This place is HORRIBLE!
Wish we could give negative stars. My package claims to have been picked up when it was NOT, and they won’t answer the phone. Absolutely worst post office in the world. They need all new staffing.
I have held a business P.O. Box at this location for about a year, and so far no complaints. Love convenient 24/7 self-service hours, helpful staff, and proximity to some of my other errands e.g. shopping, gym, etc. Also close to some of my favorite places for casual business meetings e.g. City Greens, Reginelli's. Staff have pleasant and helpful anytime I needed help during business hours. USPS accepts multiple forms of payment. Greeting cards and gift cards available for sale in addition to stamps and mailing supplies. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance available. Curbside drop-off available on Citrus Blvd. P.O. Boxes at this location have a New Orleans city and zip code.
The postal clerk was so cold, and completely unfriendly to me and my elderly mother. They were supposed to redeliver the express mail package today, after I called customer service yesterday, and they assured me that it would be redelivered today. But ran into the mailan today, and he did not have it. So, really wanted to go get it, so went to our local postal service, and explained everything to the clerk , and she just acted completely uncaring, and had a really nasty attitude. Postal service employees think they can treat customers with complete disrespect, and get away with it, because they can.
Paid $60 to get a shipment overnighted and at the time the lady said if It wasn't in on time I could get a refund. It took 3 extra days than I paid for so I went in for a refunded and they denied me because I didn't have the receipt even though I had the tracking number and emails showing status, which is all that is needed based on information from their website. I ended up just getting the refund online, since I had the tracking number. They were no help at all and just simply didn't want to do their job
Why is it every time I pick up a package at this facility its like the first time the USPS ever had someone ask for a package? Usually takes multiple visits. Literally your mail carrier had it in their hands at some point and this post office’s systems are so junky they still lost it! Over and over again. Silly and sad and no higher management ever helps or is available to address the overall problems of this post office. Like getting a weekend delivery before the following Wednesday. It’s a shame they can’t manage the station and simply throw their front line employees to the deal with their inadequacies. Leadership goes a long way and there is absolutely none here.
Look what princess collection said. Her review is on here, a few below mine. My EXACT same situation! I also run my own fashion retailer online, and same scenario.. this post office has lost thousands of dollars of merchandise of mine. ALWAYS get a receipt from this place! Or better yet, go elsewhere. There’s some serious thievery going on. I started driving the extra 15 minutes to a different post office, it’s worth it for my packages to not get lost, and the workers are so much nicer elsewhere. These workers have the WORST attitude ever!!!
There was a really sweet lady working there when I went today. It’s very clean and has its own parking lot that felt very safe.
I paid $26 to have an item over nighted. Will be delivered by six on Saturday. Tracking said out for delivery. I stayed at home until 6:30 and no delivery. At 6:48 i checked and it was ready for pick up at post office. Of course the post office is closed for Juneteenth day. I missed my trip and still don’t have my package. Never use post office.
