Really terrible post office. They Have lost several pieces of mail on me. Just recently I sent one parcel without a tracking number on Jan 30th. New employee processed it. Package Didn't arrive by 2/6. That's 7 days for paper package to go from New Berlin to MKE!!! Ridiculous. Called post office. Rude male employee screamed at me that it was probably destination that screwed things up. Not new post office employee. He proceeded to tell me that without a trace # I can't rely on the piece getting to its destination. Apparently you must spend 10 bucks to ensure something can be delivered a few miles away. I asked what recourse are. Yelled at me he spent enough time on my issue. He doesn't know and it's not his problem.  Awful service. I think if you are giving a customer bad news....be respectful and not horrible!

Letter and standard package delivery is good enough.  The problem is with signature required items.  Was in the house and post worker never knock the door or ring the bell.  There was a car outside that suggest there is a good chance someone was inside, and whoever it was, simply left the not available note in the mailbox by default.  And then they ask why people instead of backing them up, end with UPS, FedEx or any other that would actually ring that bell.

Terrible service, the old clerk, Dan, is very snotty, he acts like a trashy mcdonalds employee. you work at a post office buddy lower your ego.

If I could give negative stars I would. And if I gave all examples of their horrible service and incompetence, this review would be a book. I have dealt with post offices all over the country for my residence and business. And, New Berlin, is hands down, the worse I have ever dealt with. In every aspect. Their delivery, attitude on the phone if they even answer it, and if you go down there in person, be ready for the most rude people you have ever met and I could overlook the rudeness if they resolved any issues. But you are lucky if they do. And they don't even pretend to give a you know what. Not only that, they seem to revel in not having any answers and your frustration.. It's infuriating. They are so bad, that I have spent more on a product, because the cheaper place insisted on shipping with the USPS. You can track it across the country. But once it arrives in New Berlin, all bets are off. It's insane. And it's been this way for YEARS. I never leave bad reviews. But I just had another massive waste of time infuriating experience there AGAIN.

New Berlin post office needs to take lessons from the West Allis post office. The only employees that are decent there are two females. There used to be a man who worked the counter with long hair and a terrible attitude he’s gone but the other man who works the counter definitely is just as rude. If you don’t like your job quit. Nobody is making you stay there and nobody told you to work there in the first place.  Worst post office ever

Terrible customer service. We can always tell when our normal delivery guy is off because our packages are delivered with care. The normal guy just leaves them laying on the side of the road in all kinds of weather conditions. We've gone in and complained several times but they don't seem to care. What they've told us is they know hes a problem but they are "waiting for him to retire"

Excellent costumer service and friendly staff. Jennifer and Carmen answered all my questions and were very helpful on the process on obtaining passports for my kids.

This place has horrible service .They LOST the STIMULUS CHECK  which clearly should have arrived as per informed delivery e-mail !!!Answer was that my regular mail person was on vacation that week .This excuse is unacceptable and someone should make them accountable for their mistakes.There should be some sort of corrective action plan in place rather than  just “sorry”.  The other day I was waiting in the line of 10 people and it did not occur to them they need to provide an extra help cross-training..hello??? while one person was handling everything by himself .He was professional although by reading other people reviews,I would not be surprised if he manifests signs of frustration through his work . This establishment needs an audit along with  notice of enforcement investigation .

I have had three terrible experiences at the New Berlin Post Office in a row. Every customer that walks in the door is treated like a nuisance. The customer service is awful. If USPS wants to stay relevant, they need to teach their employees how to treat people. I will be permanently switching to FedEx for my business needs.

Today while making a delivery at a local  business I was blocked in at there loading dock  JW Winco Corp by one of your delivery carriers. I typically don't mind waiting  but the lack of courtesy really bothered me. No eye contact  or acknowledgement of my presence. Really! USPS ! Shame...Wait your turn everyone else has to...
