Dropping off a load of mail here. Everyone from the lady at the gate, to the people inside were friendly. Got here early, got checked-in, disconnected from trailer and they were unloading us in minutes. Unloaded and back on the road within an hour! Fast and friendly service!!

Usually don't leave reviews, but Priority Mail sitting untouched for over 48hrs in a facility is inexcusable. Judging from the majority of reviews and comments, this is the norm for this place. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Sean at the mechanic shop is great to work with. Always professional and helpful.

I was told by the guard to proceed inside and pick up the phone and speak to somebody inside. Lady was very rude she end up sending me post office police he was very nasty police guy.

Why do they even have a telephone number? Nobody answers it anyway. My mail traveled from Ohio to 35 miles from my house in Trenton, then up to Queens, NY, then over to Kearney where it is just sitting for 2 days? Great service, Post Office!!!

My BMEU delivers are great with the postal workers.

This yard is hazardous for full size truck to be operating on, especially backing into docks. Because they like to leave the equipment just laying aroud in the space needed to preform a safe backing maneuver

This facility is useless and enjoys redirecting mail to the wrong side of the state

Like every bad review, my package has been sitting here for 5 days, even though I should have had it by now. I called them and they passed me off to a voicemail that no one responded to. Calling the USPS Postmaster in the morning to file a complaint. Seems these people have their own little free-for-all by keeping people's packages. Not this time!

Waiting and Waiting. I understand due to Covid we can’t except our Priority Mail to get here like the Good Old Days but the USPS isn’t showing the Red Alert across the tracking page so I was becoming concerned. I was having better luck in 2020 with distribution through this facility. Hopefully it’s really in transit to My Location soon. The weather may also be a factor. I won’t give up yet.
