horrible customer service and horrible with their services in general. i was asked to come in early for my passport appointment so they could get everyone out the way, i got here at 12:30, my appt was at 1:30. it’s 2 and i still haven’t been seen, this is ridiculous. need to be better staffed or at least train better people. the lady doing the passports for was doing other things as she watched me wait too. deserves zero stars.
I would like to give them 0 stars but it’s doesn’t allow me…I paid for my documents to get delivered for the very next day and it’s already been 3 days & nothing! This company needs to get shut down for their false statements & services! Horrible overall between the bad service & customer service; it needs to be replaced or shut down…my closing date had to be extended because they didn’t deliver my papers to my attorney & all they tell me is that I could get refunded for the package disgusting! 0 stars !!!
Honestly the elder ladies are so sarcastic & rude. They show no regards for the people waiting in line nor do they actually try to pick up the pace when the line is long. I worked at a FedEx before so I know protocol & these ladies definitely do not follow it. They hit you with the “sorry for the wait” when you get up there but you can just tell they say it because they’re told to. Get new consultants/associates. This makes the whole place look bad as a whole.
Very bad service. Leave your mail out on the public street. Or on top of your mailbox. Never inside the mailbox. When mailing out mail three out of five only makes it to its destination. And for some reason I haven’t received my original PSE&G Bill but I received bogus PSE&G bills in my mail. Leading me to believe someone from that post office is intercepting my mail. Switchin original documents with fraudulent documents. Causin large amount of payment of bill after accumulating two months of intercepting. Redirecting payments elsewhere connected to the 7-elven in the town of kearny. I feel that post office should be investigated. That cost me $500.00 of my Harden money. Worst post office ever. It’s time to clean house.and another thing never pay a bill or use the PNC ATM in the 7-Eleven store of Kearny off of Schuyler Avenue and the corner of Route seven . From my past experience I feel somehow they are connected it’s a RING ! It can’t be proven. But what I could say is. It happened to me. Thank God for freedom of speech I’m using it to inform everyone that works hard for their money. Just to be swindle. I’ll leave it at that. Thanks for reading this post
I didn't get a receipt for the package I sent. Not sure why. The person who assisted me mumbled something and then said that's it. What is a small issue for the employee should still be part of the service. Unfortunately the postal service has certainly declined in the last 20 years. Not sure if it's the way the employees are treated by their supervisors or they truly do not like or know the job. Very disturbing.
The so called Lead clerk Abe thinks he is a president and know all. He needs a check reality, you are rude, condescending and full of attitude. You can’t tell him anything aa Abe thinks he is a God there. Then he realizes his mistake and won’t even apologize, very narcissistic person. How did you get to be lead it’s beyond me, I guess USPS in Kearny was desperate. If you need your mail to be handled proper way and being treated with respect don’t go here especially when Abe is working. My first time here and definitely my last.
The customer service rep Latifa is the rudest person I've ever met. She obviously doesn't like working at the post office for her to be acting this way. How can I leave my house to mail something and because I ask her for piece of tape she asks me to buy their tape and I was like ma'am, I only need piece of tape to stick my label on the package. She refuses to accommodate me now, I had to leave the post office, go back home, come back and mail it. Thanks Latifa!!!
I have a package that should of went to Lake Hiawatha days ago. It has been going in circles to the point it ended up in Massachusetts?? I contacted the lake Hiawatha location today and apparently it's been in Kearny location again since 22nd of April. What is going on??? Why is it so hard to do your job the right way and ship packages to the righ destination. This is an important package for my business. Here it is Monday April 24th and no package
Got to the door at 5:00 and 33 seconds and was told there are strict instruction to shut the doors at 5 and not allow anyone else in. How is a working person supposed to get to the post office when I’m working the same hours and do my best to get there on time? Need to urgently send these docs out but because of strict rules to shut the door on time I’m further delayed? May the person who turned me away feel the same way I did when he goes somewhere like a bank or doctors office and can’t be helped because he missed the cut off by one minute. Sounds more like they just want to go home on their own agenda and do not care to provide the public service they’re paid to do.
worst facility ever, never picks up phone and lost my package. IF THIS EVER HAPPENED TO YOU FILE A LOST PACKAGE CLAIM ON USPS WEBSITE.
