Delivery driver stopped delivering our mail and any packaged 2 weeks ago because he saw our dog outside once. Dog stays inside during the work week with our gates open. So it’s a one and done kind of thing. No notice given at all. Finally figured it out today and was told that notice to us isn’t required at all. So F us huh. No wonder people want to defund usps.
My carrier is a outright liar. He didnt deliver my package, and when I used tracking there was a animal interference reason left for failure to deliver. The timestamp was 1241pm, and I know for a fact that I had my dogs inside, no threat to any carrier, at that time. I made a point to make sure they would have no issue. The UPS guy delivered roughly 30mins later with no hassle. I am outraged by the bold faced lie, that jerk just had his mind made up in advance, clearly, that he was not delivering. Oh, and no instruction in the tracking message of how to get my delivery now. Really not a good business practice.
This woman that works there is awesome friendly nice just very pleasant over all.
I haven't received my weekly fliers and ads for three weeks.I depend on them to find sales to do my shopping that week. I asked him last week why I wasn't getting them. He said he would ask my regular carrier. He has been doing this since I moved here. This week a woman was delivering on the ad day. She didn't drop them off either. I have three pieces of mail that I should have by now and don't. Also, they keep puting my neighbor's mail in my box. I've never had this many issues with my mail before. I try to call the 800 number and you can't speak to a real person to make a complaint. Really angry about this!
I understand everybody has staff shortages. However, if you do not have your lobby open so I can mail something please update your hours.
It sure would be nice to not worry every month that we are going to get our own mail. For the last two months we have not recieved either our light bill or some other pieces of our mail. When i called the light company they said our bill had been delivered to the wrong address. The people had taken it back to the light company. We recieve others peoples mail also. We only have one mail lady who seems to get it right. We recieve mail for the former occupant. That hasn't lived here for 2 years. We put does not live here anymore three days it comes back. Where else could you work and make $22 an hour and not perform the job correctly. Thank s to the mail lady who always gets it right. We need you everyday.
Easily the worst usps in the area, they don’t even try anymore. And even though online, and the sign on the door says they are open, they never are. You can show up in the morning not open, show up in the evening not open, show up on a weekend not open, show up on a weekday at noon still not open, they could tell you they’re for sure going to be open and you show up, you guessed it they’re not open. And before you even think of just dropping your mail in the drop box just know it will be 2-3 days before they even scan it in as picked up.
I like the workers at this location. However don't expect them to be open during the hours stated on the door or website. They will be closed even hours before scheduled close. Today Saturday June 24th 2017 at 1130 am they were closed. I used to work for the usps and that would never have happened under the post master at my office. But that's how it goes apparently.
Highly disappointed. For several weeks I've been receiving mail that was not being sent to my address. I have even received mail that should not have been delivered in this state. I tried to call, and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. I believe I understand why the usps is failing. They are no longer reliable.
We only get mail every other day most of the time mail does not get delivered for a couple of days and we also have been receiving are mail at 7:30 at night this is crazy been waiting for important papers and still have not received them yet this is crazy
