Fast service, courteous staff, clean store containing a self service kiosk proving a convenient alternative to the full service counter. I was in and out within two minutes, even though I was third in line.
Opens at 9am. Can’t process cash transactions, provide stamps or a money order until 9:30 when the second person arrives, but they are currently out of money orders so no idea when manager will be in with more. USPS is getting to be more unreliable! AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS DROPPING OFF PREPAID PACKAGES.
Unbelievable. Got there at 4:45pm and they were already closed. I saw at least three other people came around the same time just to find that they were closed.
Good post office except the mailboxes outside only take letters and none are big enough for packages despite there being 4 of them
Absolutely horrible staff. Came to the post office at 4.45, was filling in address slip and packaging my packets. The lady came over and closed the line at 5 sharp, despite telling her I came in before the close time and am ready to mail my package. When I went to the queue she pretended she doesn’t see me and refused to service me. I’m filing a complain.
Always lose my packages and they get returned to me
I went to USPS because I was told it’s the best option for shipping to Canada. When I arrived, the lady at the counter didn’t even know you could ship to Canada. I could tell she was new since she didn’t know how to measure the box’s dimensions. After fiddling around with the box, she simply told me that she could not ship my box because it was too big. The box was only 44 inches in total L+W+H, but she measured everything twice and concluded it was 88 inches. It wasn’t too heavy either because it weighed no more than 20 lbs.
Very odd / unprofessional interactions with the manager, twice. The first time I was told to move over bunched up with two other people and not hold my place in line. In line we were spread out by 6 ft, and bunched off to the side we would not be. Months later I came back with a small package in a mailer a passport, and the manager took it from me before I was at the front of the line and started bending it, asking if it "was inflexible". I said it was papers and a picture. The manager said "3.50 because it's not flexible." When I finally got to a teller, the manager jumped in and told the teller to charge me a different rate. They wanted 5 dollars to send something that should have been 2-3 stamps. I left and went to UPS and sent it for 2. I won't go back, or if I do, I'll leave if it's the same manager. I can't imagine having to work for/with that manager.
Spoke with an agent about a letter I had sent via express mail. USPS sent to the wrong address and the letter went straight to my return address. I was told since I was at a different location, they couldn't do anything, and I had to specifically seek out the old employee at the original location 10 minutes away, which closed in 5 minutes. Was as simple as a $10 refund and resending the letter, but this time around, USPS failed to deliver!
Wow what a disgusting location. I walked in and there were three clerks sitting there, I asked a question, no answer. No one even looked up. I asked three more times and none of them responded. I proceeded to ask ‘hello??’ and still no answer. That’s disrespectful and downright DISGUSTING. You should all lose your jobs if that’s how your treat other human beings. You should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you.
