Rich helped me out. I think he's the manager or something. But i came in this afternoon right before closing and he was on the side helping everyone in line. I hadn't sent a package in years and was completely oblivious. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated his patience with me and glad he was able to explain the packaging computer system with great detail. someone give that man a raise!
Anh helped me retrieve my packet that was going to be sent back because it didn’t have a unit number , I appreciate his customer service and for taking the time to look for my packet.

Don’t come here if you are Asian. The Asian lady here is incredible rude, especially when she deal with other Asians. I did talk to their manager about that. She told me everyone gonna have a bad day. Love your life leave here alone. Government definitely should start the equal opportunity investigation on this place. AND SHUT DOWN HERE Permanently
This is the worst USPS office I’ve ever dealt with. Aside from losing my golf clubs a couple of years ago and denying responsibility, they often mishandle normal packages sent to me. Just today a package arrived at the facility from Utah, only to be sent away to Corona ?!?!. Now I have to wait a couple of more days for the package to be sent back to the Yorba Linda USPS. They’re clueless and hopeless.
My mailman consistently ignores package pickup requests, when I call the post office to ask them to tell him to come back and get them they assure me he will come back and then he does not. I run a business out of my home and need to use their package pickup fairly often. I am frustrated by their lack of attention to detail and their lack of supervision. I would not recommend using this post office for anything.
Nice, clean post office that is spacious and has plenty of supplies. I was helped by Veretta today when went above and beyond all expectations to give me the most efficient and cost-effective option to mail my package. Extremely professional. Highly recommend!

whoever delivers the mail to our place refuses to leave packages at the front door if they don’t “fit” in the mailbox. also once delivered a package that said “do not bend” and bent it to fit it inside the mailbox ._.
