Cash only, no supplies, sometimes open business that will be closed permanently soon! If your business is not going to be open for whatever reason, post a sign and try to let the general public know! Users of this post office have to walk a quarter mile from the parking lot, sometimes with boxes to find out the door is locked. I have never seen such a poorly run operation.
I've gone a few times in the last year since I've been here and every time I go I have to come back because they're "away." They open at 0800 so I went at 0810 and there was a sign that said "Gone for breakfast. Be back in 15 minutes." So I figured MAYBE 0815. I had to wait until past 0830 for someone to show up. Not only are they rarely there, but the person who always seems to be working when I visit is extremely rude and condescending. I'll ask a question and she'll look at me and say "I don't do that. That's the post office on the other side of base." Or something along those lines, helping me in no way. Absolutely terrible service.
Well first thing is I do not understand why they don’t TRAIN their people. The lady that helped me was very nice but new. I needed this package to go to Denver for my family so they can fly out of town and give the rest of my family the gifts I got them. I sent it out Monday with priority shipping. The lady did not put a postage on it so my tracking number didn’t exist on their system. A week goes by nothing to my family and the package is nowhere to be found till the end of the week when they finally send it back. Waste of my stress, time, and money. My family will be going out of town without the gifts I brought them. I’m disappointed, upset and other emotions I will not list. I have lost all trust in the company, because this time it’s not the people fault it because they were not trained correctly. I will not be using usps anymore.
Rude, Impatient woman with glasses who works there has absolutely no business working in customer service. Opens late, Closes early, and seems absolutely put out to be doing anything related to her job. Makes going through the inconvenience of driving into town seem like a more pleasant option.
Have gone 3 times at different times and the door is always locked. The 4th time I went the door was open but no one inside. Safe to say I will not go a 5th time.
Always closing early!! Husband went today at 1:30 to drop off packages and she closed the door right in his face.Hours are posted as 8-4 Mon-Fri! I went on a Wens last month at 2:30 and they were closed.No note on the door or anything! We really needed to get those packages out before the weekend too! Thanks a lot
They are never open during their regular business hours. I visited 3x in the last 7 days and they were randomly closed.
How can a post office not have any normal tape??? All I needed was to take a label on my box and they didn’t have any what’s so ever. Dumbest thing ever
No one is never there came here twice on Thursday @0900 and @1000.
