This place is the place to go for passports. They were very polite and professional. My appointment was cancelled at another location and they helped me submit my passport application without any trouble.
Great and quick experience here. Much quicker than the one on Pasadena blvd.
These employees are the best postal workers in the city. They were so accommodating and nice; it was worth my 45 minute commute to get my passport. They were the only office around that have opted to take walk-ins. Stellar service!
I came here to obtain a passport and the lady at the front desk was very rude and sarcastic. Seems like she doesn’t like her job very much and needs to learn how to be courteous to the customers that come in for service. I will include the lady that attended me at the window was very polite and fast and processing my application. My only complaint is the Hispanic lady at the front desk. I won’t be coming back to this location!
Very clean place, staff are very fast, professional, kind, and calm. Finished passport walk-in very quickly !! Probably the best USPS in Houston
I don't live in the area so I can't speak on daily mail delivery, but I work nearby and have been using this location for the past 3 years. Everyone I've come in contact with has been courteous and knowledgable. Most importantly, every package I've sent has arrived on time and has not been lost. I've noticed that they have good relationships with their regulars who often stick around for a few extra minutes to talk about their lives or their families.
Passport new application. Walk-in welcome. Passport photo service available here. Came here on a Friday around 10:20am. No line, no waiting. Completed everything 10 minutes later. Note, I had my application DS-11 fully filled and came prepared with two form of identifications just in case plus passport photos that I did myself using CVS printing service for a mere $0.34 for four 2x2 pictures. Staff was courteous and professional. I was informed of a 4-6 weeks waiting period which was standard.
No appointment needed but preferred. Walk-ins accepted. A number is given at counter and pictures are offered. Appointments are served first in line. Few chairs in the lobby.
Today I went without appointment to this Post Office where Lilian assisted me for my passport, she verified the documents and in less that 10 minutes she carried out the process. Thank you so much Lilian for being so courteous and having an wonderful team.
John is very rude and not knowing the rules of the post office it's a shame smh..
