Renewed Post office Box. Had statement which clearly stated a renewal rate of $67.00 for six months. The woman at the window charged me $83.00, and didn't mention anything. When I brought it up, she said, oh we had an increase. So if I go into a store and an item is clearly marked one price, and I checkout and all of a sudden charged more? Why didn't my Bill, which was placed only a few days ago in my box reflect the higher price? This is a very poor way to do Business! Very poor communication.
We visit Genoa annually in order to soak in the hot springs, so end up in this post office several times each year. It's always empty, and the man and the woman who work there are always very nice and very competent. Always a good experience.
Always friendly staff at this location. I am always offered help to my car if I received a lot of large packages or boxes. Inside of store is always kept clean.
Always the best post office ever! Greg and Sally do a wonderful job. Always Pleasant.
