My daughters license hasn't showed up yet. There are days when there's absolutely no mail??? Which is strange. Also, in the actual post office its this rude representative who is slow as can be she is a mid aged white lady. Very slow and rude and looks like she doesn't know what she's doing.
A former resident of the area. I came in to drop off two packages. Teller EMMA has a disgusting attitude with everyone she encountered. She has an ungaging personality and was very cut and dry. Didnt help me with the assembling of my packages would rather watch me struggle and pay for tape for my box. I recently moved to the south and everyone is pleasant and helpful. They use usps tape and actually assist you with your packages. So this was a shock to me how she is handling customers.
The staff is professional and personable.I have patronized this post office 15 years. ALL of the front end staff,clerks and management go over and beyond for customers. Most of the reviews seem to be vindictive and of a personal nature.
Your worker at the front desk Lisa older lady in her maybe 50’s is highly rude. I came in to ask about my missing mail. I was the next in line while she was having a personal conversation with the customer in front of me. When it was my turn she instantly caught an attitude. When I was inquiring about my missing mail she wouldn’t let me talk and kept cutting me off. She was slamming her fist on the desk and rolling her eyes. The customer in line helped me more then she did, very unprofessional.
If I can give this place no stars, I would. This place needs to get rid of the employee Lisa! She’s very rude, immature and nosy! She’s too old to act like that. She was so rude to me last week and yesterday! If they can get a rid of the employee, Lisa, the place will be so much better! USPS needs to fire Lisa! Horrible management!!!
Zaradia the supervisor stole $800 out the vault. After she made some money from scamming she put it back. THIS OFFICE IS SCAMMERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL. And please put on a waist trainer atleast if your going to be walking around in belly tops

While out walking at 7am today I saw a female in a private vehicle with what appeared to be a child in the passenger seat unlock the mailbox at 166th and Maryland and remove the mail. Didn't see USPO labelled anywhere. No postal uniform or postal bag. I memorized the plate number and as soon as I got home I called the South Holland post office. I wanted to check with them to see if what I saw was official before I reported it to the police. To my surprise, you don't get to speak to anyone. Voicemail hell. This has to change. I will now go to the police.
Just got off the phone with the "operator" named John! When I say I received the BEST phone service ever, that is probably an understatement! I had 2 packages showing delivered, when in fact they had not been. He took the time to look them up, find where they were actually delivered to, contact the carrier but also got them to me in less than 30 minutes! I am so thankful and grateful for this! Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays! John and the USPS in South Holland just blew my socks off!!! Thank you guys for your help!
