Packages are always delivered to the wrong address. Whoever are receiving my packages have to be some happy campers. They have never given the packages back or return to sender. They have received packages from Bed Bath and Beyond, Victoria's Secret and Amazon to name a few. I have filed a claim with the post office and no response!
I have found my packages in the middle of the road, balancing on the top of our mailbox and the one today was laying the yard at least 5 foot from our mailbox. I have also watched them literally toss my packages on my front porch. I have a camera at the front door. If you call in to complain the person that you talk to acts as if they do not care either. So disappointing
Very frustrated with this office. They did an exception on a package shipping UPS with my previous address. When I went in to question them about it because it was showing on the UPS app that it was at the post office, they said that I had to go to UPS about it since they don’t have a tracking number for it. The postal worker never tried to look into anything for it. Then he gave me a phone number for their manager, Kia Hoffman. I’ve tried calling it but have concluded that it is “off the hook” since it goes to a busy signal and not a voicemail. This is precisely why the post office is struggling to stay in business and has to contract out to better companies like Amazon.
I've had quite a few problems with this post office either forgetting my mail, delivering it to the wrong address, or delivering packages days after my online tracking says its been delivered to me. Every time I go to this post office to resolve these issues they've done absolutely nothing to help, and are usually quite rude about it. If I were their employer, I'd highly recommend hiring better staff members that won't be rude to people that come in, and hire people that will actually help concerned people like me find where their mail is and find out why its not being delivered.
Terrible service. Staff is rude. My packages never come on time. Went to post office because it was supposed to be delivered that day and never maid it on truck. No big deal but when i went in and asked for it i was told no. They wouldn't even attempt to look for it. This is against the law. They were clearly in possession of my private property and refused to give it to me because it was inconvenient. Well ill be filing with the post master. Everyone else should too. Maybe they will replace some people.
Incredibly rude staff. My package was sent to this P.O. instead of the one in my borough. When I called to see what happened, the woman I spoke to was so rude I couldn't even believe she was in any kind of customer service position. Also, didn't help AT ALL and was obviously less then interested in doing so. Must be nice to be able to do your job so poorly, and yet still have one. Yay government jobs. Enjoy it. I will now pay $17-$25 more for 2 day shipping. FedEx has always been much nicer
The rural carriers they use don't care at all about their job. Our neighborhood uses a community mail box setup and I'm always getting other people's mail in out box. Makes me wonder how much if my mail is going in theirs. Also will have a notice that a package was delivered only to have it show up a few days later.
This post office and their carriers couldn't get the right envelope in the right slot or mailbox if their life depended on it. I had lived in this community for over 11 years and it had several vivid different postal carriers and not one of them could do their job
Terrible I go days without getting my mail. then I'll have a mailbox full of mail. I get wrong mail or I never get mine. tracking my packages will say it was delivered and it will show up 3 days later. Everytime I go to complain I get negative responses and it just continues to happen. Straight out of a postal workers mouth that they only deliver to some streets every other day... gets old real fast
The worst mail service ever I go days without mail and then I get a whole mailbox full and I get more of the neighbors mail than my own and I have to drive around the whole neighborhood delivering mail every evening and then there's some important papers I never get. I had some mail to send out and it went a week before they stopped and picked it up! And sometimes they don't go in till 9:30 10:00 at night
