The postal service in the area has issues. The courier left packages sitting in front of the garage instead of walking a few feet to the front door. Therefore, I have backed out over a package. I relayed the issues and was told they would speak to the courier but issue continued to happen so I requested a hold on packages at the post office moving forward. So the courier leaves a notice but lists an incorrect date when it can be picked up and the gentleman at the front who isn't very patient or polite, cannot locate and makes it out my fault I came for a package too early as it was out with courier, if there is a hold at Post Office why would they have it?? Though the date on the notice states I could picked up today it is my fault and wasted two trip and waiting in line. Why Amazon paired with USPS is beyond me!
Awful mail delivery, missed important documents for days because they can’t get out and put the mail in my box, the mail person literally drive in 7 circles around my street just to make sure they don’t have to stand up.
It’s raining. We are under a flood watch and the post office delivers a package and sits it in our driveway instead of walking 10 extra feet and placing it under our covered porch!! This wasn’t a cheap package either.
Many of the staff are unfriendly like others have said, but Jim in particular is friendly and knows his customers. There’s a difference between being a good customer service person and just going about your business of sorting. I have to admit that the people are much friendlier since the one guy retired. One female employee is efficient, but often unfriendly. Of course my mail carrier is absolutely the tops.
Strasburg's USPS office has no automated system. I've called them more than 7 times. The phone rings, goes blank and suddenly hangs up with no response. I have a package in limbo, and the other USPS offices are confused about what's going on with Strasburg's USPS office.
The man at the window has been unnecessary rude the past two times I’ve needed to use this post office. I can see from other reviews this is not new for him, if he hates the public so much then he should find somewhere else to work.
All couriers have issues, the team here does everything they can to ensure that A. They don't and B. they fix it if they do

After having a problem with a package a young man was able to help me. He was so nice and helpful! It’s so nice to deal with a pleasant employee for a great change of pace in a crazy world today! Thank you!
The staff are nice, they obviously perform multiple tasks and have to complete them before attending to a customer who has just walked up to the counter. If you are in a hurry then do not blame it on the staff, save the hate for the DMV in Woodstock which is staffed by the most unhelpful people EVER!
