The woman working the counter was extremely rude and refused to take our shipments. She yelled at my wife and told her she wouldn't take them because of their size despite the website saying it was acceptable. She wouldn't even take the return for another shipment despite us trying to ship it back with the EXACT SAME BOX it was shipped to us in BY USPS from another state. My wife walked out and we ended up shipping with UPS despite it being far more expensive because this woman was so freaking rude and unprofessional.
I have never had more trouble sending things than at this particular post office. If you are 1/16” off, or a fraction of an oz over, or your envelope is not the right shape, or you walk in on a day that ends in y, good luck to you.
Staff is great. But please get them some help so they can stay open all day. Frustrating when you go everyday and they are closed for lunch or need extended time.
I dread every time I have a package to send and all I need to do is get a receipt. However, waiting in line and listening to the employees disrespect the customers one after one is exhausting. Last time I went, an employee did not show any sympathy or patience for an old Asian man that had a very thick accent. He clearly had never delivered anything before and he will most likely never will after the humiliation that woman put him through in front of the long line. It was painful to witness.
They are closed at lunch with no indication other than a sign on their front door.
The employee at the counter was very helpful when I had to come in with my three children.
No wonder they only have 2 starts. Awful customer service. Rude older white man.
The staff at this post office is exceptionally kind and helpful. I have never encountered this type of customer service at any other post office in NH. I drive 25 minutes out of my way avoiding many other post offices to come to this one. They are helpful with determining the cheapest way to ship, and have on more than one occasion saved me a bit of cash! Always with a smile.
Gotta tell ya, the woman behind the counter wasn't very friendly
Awful employees. Anne is rude and doesn't know what she's talking about. Look at the bad reviews, the good ones are fake.
