This location does not accept QR codes! Many return processes now only give you a QR code. They will charge you to print a label even after you paid for the postage and got a QR code. Ridiculous. Can you please upgrade your service abilities?
This PostalAnnex and especially Rick were my one stop shop for getting my state tax return in on time. I got everything done within 10 minutes - from buying a USB stick to transfer my files and get them printed, to printing my files, to buying the envelope to mail it all, and then paying to have the printed pages sent. Fantastic, fast, and efficient. Exactly what I needed for getting it all done. Thank you very much!
I had a huge box of sentimental irreplaceable items sent to me and they arrived completely smashed and broken glass inside everywhere. I spoke with Rick on several occasions he said that UPS would have to take all of my items to a warehouse and see how they got broken. My mother had just passed away and these were items of hers the most irreplaceable item was a large art piece that was in a big frame with glass on top the glass was shattered throughout the entire box. There’s no way I’m going to let them take these items of my deceased mother to a warehouse in order for me to get my $100 insurance claim. This is the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had.
Rick is awesome! Very helpful and takes better Passport photos than CVS. And it’s only 1/2 a block from the Post Office on Mission in Fallbrook whose photo machine wasn’t working. Store also has cute selection of children’s toys as well as packing & mail supplies. I highly recommend Postal Annex! Rick is the best.
Rick is dependable and personable. His knowledge of all things packing and shipping is immense. In addition to being efficient, I have seen him extend great kindness to customers who needed a little more time and attention for a variety of reasons. Excellent business owner and terrific human being.
I have been using Rick for over 5 years for my postal and printing needs. Since I discovered his skill set and customer service I have completely stopped using USPS. He is knowledgeable, detailed, and service oriented. He is honest and professional. He represents the best in small business. And he enjoys a good laugh!
Owner us very friendly and helpful. I do all my fax needs at his store. Update I got a PO Box and have my mailed sent to this store. At a very reasonable cost. I know it is safe and my mail is well handled and I have no worries of going to the Post Office and the crowds. I'm glad I am using the PostalAnnex for my mailing needs
