Sparta Cultural Alliance is a 5013c working in conjunction with the Sparta Chamber of Commerce and numerous other non profites to provide opportunities, programs, events, and exhibitions designed to nurture the creative spirit and culture of people of all ages and abilities in the community and surrounding areas.
