Our experience at this Pottery Barn was very positive. We went in to see a couch we were interested in online. Nico was very patience and answered all of our questions thoughtfully. He never rushed or pushed us. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.
Placed my order and it was estimated to be delivered today, May 30th and I have not received it. Previously spoke to Shannon T who advised warehouse was going to email me an update. I didn’t hear from them. Today I spoke to Bri who mentioned it was packaged 10 days ago but it must still be sitting at the warehouse and she requested an update from Warehouse. It really feels like the warehouse team may need some hands. Please beware of ordering. Per Bri, Apparently refunds are also complicated and she doesn’t think I’d get any compensation for the delayed delivery.
Be cautious when buying from Pottery Barn. We just spent $8k on outdoor furniture - ELEVEN days later there is a massive sale & they refuse to do a price adjustment of any kind. We would have saved $560. Such a slap in the face as we were hoping to furnish our new home with more, but we would rather take our business to Arhaus or Crate & Barrel, etc. who value customers and want long-term business from us. Total refusal to help us out at all.
Amazing customer service, good stuff although its very pricey. Was specifically looking for nice looking whiskey glasses and ended up buying bunch of other stuff as well.
Staff are always so supportive and provide a great amount of knowledge on the products and interior design. We asked about buying in store versus purchasing online. The employee explained they can provide more detail about products, shipping, and future sales. We had been looking at a couch and wanted to wait for a big sale, but we were informed that product was so popular it would not go on sale. She also informed us of a realistic shipping timeline. Highly recommend going into the store over purchasing online.
Had a very positive experience with very helpful staff. Three staff members went out of their way to help me finding the items I was searching for. The store was clean and well stocked. The displays are well done and not picked apart. Large amout of sale items.
Quality of construction does not justify the high furniture prices and selections. The selections here are limited to relatively tired designs and limited color choices in fabric, that is unless you want to raise the already astronomically high prices 50 to 75 percent more!
Terrible customer service at the Lincoln park pottery barn. Everyone in this store is so rude when there is an issue, except for Tammy who is vey sweet. Do not recommend shopping at this location
In the past 2 months, I've ordered 2 pieces of furniture and bedding from this location. While all the store associates/designers have been helpful and professional, I want to take this space to call out Christie. She has helped me on both store visits and was simply fantastic. She listened to my needs, offered advice and suggestions, and couldn't be more helpful or patient through the whole process. I purchased a Buchanan sleeper sofa, a Paulsen desk, and bedding for my new home. I've had all the pieces in for about a week and the quality seems extremely high. Delivery was easy this location uses the same delivery company as the neighboring West Elm store and set up/scheduling was simple. I don't have any suggested changes or improvements from my two store visits.
This has ended up being the worst experience I have ever had in buying furniture. After spending a huge sum of money on a furniture set- I am still waiting to receive it. It’s been two months and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back, no one from customer service is calling back to follow up on the issue of the order, the delivery service set a date to deliver the order without asking us if the date worked for us, they showed up with only a fraction of the pieces to deliver and therefore could not install it. And all the while- absolutely no one can give us a straight answer on where these pieces are. I am regretting this entire purchase.
