Pound 4 Pound BoxFit is a fitness gym offering boxing training in Highland Park, IL. Our facility was founded by Genaro Mendez and Miguel Guadarrama, well known in Chicago boxing circles as the brothers who each won their respective weight classes in the 2010 Chicago Golden Gloves Championships. Boxing training focuses on cardio, endurance, and agility. You will naturally build strength as you sculpt your body. Everyone can benefit from boxing-based training -- our current clients include pro athletes, busy execs, amateur boxers, soccer moms, and kids ages 8 & up.
