Starbucks

This used to be my favorite location when the old crew used to work there with this new crew is absolutely terrible, instead of complaining to them I just thought I’d come and leave a review. I normally go there before work and late night before I go to bed get my favorite mocha no whip light foam. Sometimes I might add a double smoked bacon, the last three times that I went there because I haven’t been in a while because of the service Have been absolutely horrible The guy that took my order at 9:53 PM July 31, 2023 need to be retrained. He doesn’t seem like he want to work there. He handed me my sandwich with pride knowing that it was not warmed up it was totally cold. The bacon was white. I had to come home and heat it up in my microwave, and this isn’t the first time that it happened. I’m very disappointed in this location and I hate that that is the only one close to my house. I’ve been going to McDonald’s lately for my mochas. At least I get it for $1.89 when I use the app they give you $1.50 off so I am saving a lot I used to spend 5.25 Twice a day EVERYDAY at Starbucks. Now I’m saving myself so much money.

First time ever going to a pop up Starbucks. There’s no inside. It’s just a drive thru, and a walk up order window and a few outside tables. I’d have no real problem with it if it was organized a little better. The drive thru route is ridiculous. You enter on the LEFT and exit on the right if you’re looking from the street. You exit driving on your own left. So getting out and turning left was really weird, plus another car wanted to come in at the same time. Then, there’s 3 parking spaces and when there’s a line it’s impossible to park or get out. I waited at the window for maybe 2 minutes. Just felt awkward before someone opened the window to take my order. As always the food and drink was great. Service , meh. Atmosphere sucked. I won’t go back to that one probably. That drive thru looks like an accident or small scratch waiting to happen.

This is more of a review of the staff rather than of Starbucks. The staff is the main reason my partners and I come to this location. Although Jacob isn’t here anymore he was the first one to show what to expect from a majority of the employees here. Katie always knows me by my order and has been nothing but sweet to me, it’s obvious how much she cares about the customer experience. The person that stands out the most here is Ethan, he always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience here, that my order is accurate and makes me feel not only that my business is appreciated but that I am appreciated. Keep up the good work and spreading positivity

As today, 04/16/23, great service around 5 PM, best service from the person behind the mic. Mess up my order once, the rest, amzing service.Food: 4/5

I started going to this Starbucks because the one by my house literally takes an hour. So now I come to you guys. Fast friendly service. Daemen is very sweet.

It took them 30 to service a cup of coffee and a lemonade, they talk to much and move very slow..Food: 4/5

I got an order with uber and when I got it,it had soaked the whole bag because the cup had a small hole in the bottom and it was also dripping from the sides.also the lid was loose.I couldn't even drink it.

I came to this location yesterday and today bought multiple beverages i order here often. Both times they have been done incorrectly. Baristas need better training and need to work more efficiently and at a faster pace. I’m a local this location is always busy but passed baristas have always been amazing! Lots of new faces so hopefully they get the proper training asap. Sucks looking forward to your starbucks and then being disappointed. okay I'm done
