We are a meal prep company that provides healthy, ready to eat meals for the busy individual and family. We originated out of West Fargo, ND and have two locations in West & South Fargo, 1 in Grand Forks, and 1 in Bismarck!!!
We offer 11 meals at a time and our menu rotates EVERY 2 weeks, so there is ALWAYS something NEW to try!!! Don't worry though, your favorite meals always come back in rotation :] We have created over 100 meals thus far, so look forward to having a ton of meals to try!! You will find 2 breakfast options and 9 lunch/dinner options when you visit our store fronts! One of those lunch/dinner options is vegetarian. We cook everything fresh daily from our West Fargo kitchen, including all of our sauces and salsas :] and our protein sources are all solution and preservative free!! Most of our menu is gluten free, and we also have some gluten & dairy free meals as well!
Our meals are all under 400 calories and average cost is $7.50 per meal. Our goal is to create everyone's favorite foods, but made with clean, healthy ingredients that make up a calorie friendly meal!!
No memberships needed. No limit on meals purchased. You simply can stop into our stores and pick up a healthy meal to go!! They are not only healthy & calorie friendly, but CONVENIENT!!! All you need is 2 minutes in the microwave to reheat the meals and you are ready to enjoy!!! Once we cook our meals they are good for 7 days in the fridge, but no worries, if you don't eat them in that time frame you can always pop them in the freezer for a later time :]
Eat them on the go, in the car, at work, at home, or wherever you see fit!! They will not only save you time from grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning, but saves you money too!!
Not from North Dakota, NO WORRIES!!! We also SHIP every Monday via UPS to 12 lucky Midwest states (due to shipping rates :( )!!! You can order online at powerplatemeals.com. We ask for an 8 meal minimum for shipping purposes and there is a flat rate shipping fee of $20 to all of our states we ship to!! You can have fresh, calorie friendly meals that are packed full of flavor shipped right to your door!!!
