RxProtect is a full-service Audit Solution to help prevent audit recovery and assist with audit appeals. With pro-active weekly reporting and audit appeal assistance, we have over a 77% success rate with audit recovery of $0! Clients will receive a weekly report identifying claims that could be targeted for audit. The weekly report will identify the reason the claim was flagged and provide the corrective action for your review. In addition, we offer staff training to keep personnel apprised of the ever-changing PBM billing requirements.

eRecon has proven to be an Industry-leading claims reconciliation program and financial tool. Many of our customers have provided feedback that we have applied to create a robust claim level reconciliation product. eRecon has the functionality to auto-reconcile over 95% of third party claims records. Reconciliation data is available for viewing 24/7, and records may be exported to Excel or PDF report formats. Historically accurate AR analysis gives our clients the ability to see a precise picture of their AR for any given date range, taking into account items that have been returned to stock.
