I didn’t believe at first that this would help my back pain, but it does help! Not 100%, I still experience pain but it’s not like it was, and each time I go it gets just a bit better… The front receptionist, Amanda, is a very sweet lady who is always a happy person, full of sunshine! Dr. Lee understands my pain, they know I don’t want any narcotics but the numbing shots and whatever they put in my spine helps big time! Especially the first few days after an injection! I will continue this pain management as long as it contributes to help…
They service you based on insurance coverage. Weird place. Front treats you like garbage. Husband on Medicare went a few times for back I injections issues. Didn't help.
This has been the worst 4 myths I've spent with a Dr. Dr.lee did not listen to my wife's needs and when hospitalized due to the pain no one would return calls are get here in to see dr.lee I would never Recommend. This Practice. To any one..
Very impressed with every aspect of my visits there. The staff is friendly and efficient. Doctors Giordano and Joseph are both very knowledgeable and compassionate. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable; explaining every aspect of my treatment. The wait time was minimal and the doctors never made me feel rushed. Just wanted to give a quick update. It's been 3 years since my first visit and I still think they are great. Dr Lee and staff are always kind, attentive and sincerely want the best for me. The phone system could be better, but it's not bad enough for me to change my 5 stars. I've been in pain management since 1998 and truly appreciate the great care I receive at PRC.
Doctor Lee the male one in New Smyrna is fantastic. I got a series of three shots in three months for my scyatica and have been pain free. They last about a year to a year and a half. I have had my knees done three years ago and am getting ready for injections again. It's way better than surgery!!!!
Dr Lee takes his time, cares and really listens. I drive over an hour to see him, he’s THAT GOOD!!!!! You WILL NOT BE just another number, or 6 minute patient to him!
I had one appointment. Dr Lee was very nice and he was going to call some meds for me. I did not know that I had to Pee in a cup before I Left. I tried I could not go. The ladies upfront was so rude was almost in tears. I left. Called again one day to see if I could get some medication and whoever answer the phone said I would never get any from that location. Rude
I just want to say I am a new patient at the office in Lake Mary so I went for my second visit to have my shots put in my hips and the nurse that was assisting the doctor her name is CHARY. She was so nice to me and made me feel very very comfortable and it makes a big difference when you’re in there on the table knowing you’re just getting ready to have shots put in your hips but she was so sweet so comforting and it just made it a lot easier for me it makes a big difference when you have people that are nice to you in those situations so I just wanted to say thank you CHARY ...you have a blessed day!!!! And honestly I really didn’t have much discomfort with the shot it was amazing I expected it to be worse but it wasn’t I survived so thank you .
Was scheduled for july 2nd about a week and 1/2 out because I am suffering from severe pain so much so I can barely walk just like their other office that referred me without the doctor even touching me & seeing me for 5 min, they also rescheduled my appointment the day before claiming there to be a problem with my insurance, after calling my insurance provider they informed me I was covered then I find out the office will be closing early for the observance of the 4th of july holiday, this place has given me nothing but the run around for almost 2months now, I'm still in pain & now they've rescheduled me for another 10 days out. Find another doctor no matter what you do do not go & give them your money your insurance money of let them waste your time the way they have wasted mine.
Dr Lee is a magician. He has been taking care of me for a while. I have scoliosis in my lower back and I have never felt better. Dr Lee and his staff are the best pain management in Florida.
