Even as a 5 year old I realized my passion was for children. At our kindergarten graduation ceremony I stood up in front of my entire class, faculty and parents and announced that "When I grew up, I wanted to be a mommy because I liked to cook, clean and make babies" while most other children announced they wanted to be an astronaut, scientist or president. I wouldn't have believed that a five year old could even come up with the statement I did if I had not seen it with my own eyes on a video recording. I was fortunate enough to meet my wonderful husband 5 years ago and welcomed two step sons into my life. This past year we made my dream come true and welcome our baby girl Alexis into this world. 4 Months later we learned we were going to have a baby boy and welcomed Maddox into this world! There is nothing more in this world that I love than being a mom!
