Dr. Steichen and his team are true professionals. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They use the latest in technology to provide the most leading edge services in the industry. No more goop and plastics for an implant crown they scan a 3D model of your teeth and send it off for processing. They also have a machine to make replacement crowns in house. Save time and get the job done right with Dr. Steichen and his team at Precision Dental in Albuquerque NM. I even drove 200 miles one way on numerous occasions to get the most professional service on the planet. One more trip and I will be good for years to come. Thank you Dr. Steichen ‍
Dr. Steichen and his practice do not really need another five-star rating, but here is one, anyway. Having neglected my teeth for three or more years, following several negative dental experiences in another city, last year my wife suggested a visit to her new dentist, Dr. Steichen. His recommendations for treatment made much more sense than those from previous dentists which included extractions and implants, and he was willing to modify them to accommodate my own wishes. The treatment I have received has been excellent, performed in a relaxed environment with uniformly friendly but professional staff--perhaps here special kudos to Kim, who gives the gentlest deep cleaning ever. Now I am happy to maintain a relationship with a dental practice, and would travel far in order to do so.
Great dentist, great dental assistants Kimberly being mine. I have never had cleanings of this caliber and concern. I love her humming to the music playing, as i have facial cranial distonia it relaxed me and kept the movements in my face to a minimum. I feel she is a true saint and an angel. Dr. Steichen one of the best dentists ive ever had. Thanx everybody over there, i truly feel welcomed every time I visit. Thanx again to the team Sincerely, Jim Goodnight
Going to the dentist is never fun, but when you go to Precision Dental, you feel very comfortable & relaxed regardless of any looming procedure. Dr. Steichen is funny, honest, & genuinely cares about his patients. Every one of his staff members has a smile & they all seem to love their jobs. I'm very thankful to know that my teeth, my smile, & my budget are all in such good hands!
Outstanding in every single way. Staff is friendly and easy going while still maintaining a professional demeanor. After the best cleaning I've ever experienced, Dr Steichen spent more time with me than any other Dentist I can remember. I highly recommend you take all your dental needs to this office.

I was impressed by the efficiency and courtesy that was displayed by all. It seemed as if their entire focus was on ensuring my comfort. The examination was done in a very friendly manner with my comfort and ease as their primary goal. The dentist was very friendly and efficient. What impressed me the most about Dr. Steichen was not his efficiency and knowledge, but his integrity. I had a molar in very bad shape that needed to be extracted. After looking at it he recommended that a specialist might be a better solution. He stated that he could extract it, but felt that the specialist would be better and more comfortable for me. The fact that my ease and comfort were his primary concerns really impressed me.
My dental office for the past 20 so years has changed so much lately - always a different dentist when I go - that I have been considering changing practices. Dr Steichen was recommended to us by a friend so I called and asked if he was taking new patients. The answer was yes, so I made an appointment for several months later. The new patient exam was very thorough and it was about 2 hours before I actually saw the dentist. Much to my surprise, it was not Dr Steichen! This dentist was nice but I did not want a surprise since that was why I left my old dental practice. And this dentist said I needed a ton of work, including two, possibly three extractions! What??? I take really good care of my teeth and am diligent about regular dental appointments. So why would I all of a sudden need so much work? This office needs to communicate with new patients that the appointment is with a different dentist, not Dr Steichen. On the plus side, the hygienist Lizbeth was great.
Dr Steichen is an extremely competent dentist. He has done a lot of restorative work on my teeth and they look great. Plus my husband loves them too.
I was looking for a place to get a mouth appliance that rated well and was in my network. Precision Dental and Dr Steichen not only met my criteria, but totally exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with him and his staff that I am switching to Precision Dental for all my dental needs. Special shout-out to Amanda and Andrea, they have been amazing!
