Louis and the rest of the Precision Jewelers team are so knowledgeable and have always been so friendly! Louis is so patient and is always willing to go the extra mile! Whenever I need jewelry, Precision Jewelers is the only place I will go to. I definitely recommend them!
Always provide professional service. Full service...they engrave, size and repair on site. Don't hesitate to use Precision for all of your jewelry needs whether buying a new piece or getting a repair, resizing, etc.
Just purchased an eco drive Citizen stainless steel watch . Excellent customer service from Erica and Louis. Erica took care of me sales and Louis updated my Mickey Mouse watch battery and removed a link for my new Eco Drive. I’m coming back.
Went into precision three weeks ago to have a custom engagement ring made for my wife, we were upgrading. From the second we walked in we were handled with the upmost respect and professionalism. Louis is who we dealt with from the beginning to the end and I definitely wouldn’t of wanted to deal with anyone other than him. He truly is the rockstar of the store. We got to hand pick my wife’s diamond complete with GIA certification and then we chose a setting. They offered a great value for trade in on her current ring. We just picked up her new ring today and it’s way better than either of us could have imagined! This is truly a fine piece of handcrafted jewelry. They do everything in house and were able to stick to their three week timeline! We will be customers for life! Thank you guys so much for making such beautiful pieces of jewelry!
This was my third time visiting this jewelry store. The FIRST time I visited a few years ago before Covid was during the holidays. I was not greeted upon entering the store, but I didn’t take it personal because the store was busy. The SECOND time I went in , I had to speak first. The blonde head older gentleman I assume he’s in charge looked me right in the face and waited for me to acknowledge him first same with the ladies at the front counter. I went ahead and greeted them, all the while thinking “sooo this is a THING with this establishment “. I needed work done on my watch went back in a THIRD TIME was subjected to the same treatment, not greeted upon entry into the store. The blonde older gentleman looked directly in my face and walked away. The older caucasian lady didn’t part her lips. AGAIN, I had to spoke first! As I waited on my service, the Caucasian lady seemed extremely nervous and kept watching me. Needless to say, it will not be a FOURTH VISIT! Many of these establishments won’t LEARN until they LEARN, being BAIS & RACIST is not tolerated in 2023! If you only want WHITE’S IN YOUR STORE post a sign and see what happens. You will become instantly social media famous! CANCELLED Shame on you PRECISION JEWELERS

very friendly staff! Brought my engagement ring in to get a loose stone repaired, they returned it back to me still loose tighter than before, still wiggles if you tap on it The jewelers are very experienced in working with platinum. They might check their work most of the time but they did NOT check the work they did for me. As someone who's never worn or worked with jewelry, I did a 2 second inspection at the check out counter and noticed the work was not done properly. I don't have years, minutes, or even seconds of experience as a jeweler. They reached out to me to fix the mistake and make it right for no extra charge, which is very respectable. The gentleman who called was very professional and was very concerned about making his customer happy! fantastic customer service, but I don't take my car to a mechanic that forgets to tighten oil drain plugs, and I don't take my jewelry to a jeweler that forgets to check their work.
Beautiful Store! Was greeted by a 'Tall' Pleasant young lady, of color. She was Personable and Professional! Assisted me in choosing to buy a nice Leather Watch Band and a Ring Guard. Thank you so much!
Love, love, love Precision Jewelers. Been going there for over 30 years and have always been treated with appreciation and respect. Louis, Mike and staff are amazing. Very accommodating with everything. I highly recommend Precision Jewelers for all your jewelry needs
Excellent professional service. Comfortable atmosphere. I was committed to buying a nice watch. I went to 5 different stores before I visited Precision Jewelery. I wish I would have went there first. Louis was my salesman. I arrived wearing sweatpants and work coat but I was treated as if I was wearing a 3 piece suit. Louis listened to my style choices that I preferred and my max budget. He presented few choices that were right on. I left there with a perfect match. And was $100 under budget. Thank you Precision and Louis for an amazingly painless experience.
