Went to Shane Co looking for a gift for my daughter. I had no idea what I was going to buy and was overwhelmed. Natalie was amazing! She went through the whole store with me and then proceeded to pull items from the back. My daughter ended up with a beautiful diamond necklace! Thank you Natalie for your knowledge and patience. I will definitely be shopping here again!

I love going in they are all so kind and friendly. I met a wonderful woman named Kim she spent a lot of time with me, and I found everything I loved she made me cry, happy tears. I thank her, and then we hug .it was so nice talking to her and everyone else there. I can't wait to go back and pick up our rings
Went to a half a dozen stores. Shane Co was the first, and the ring I fell in love with there was the one I stayed in love with and I am picky!. Tara is amazing and was so helpful, and just so wonderful all around that we may have to invite her to the wedding! Shane definitely had the biggest and best selection, and the prices were as good if not better than anywhere else I went. Highly recommend!
Came in to look at some earrings and a necklace for my two year anniversary. Walter greeted me when I first walked in, he was so friendly and welcoming. He asked what I was looking for and was quick to find what I was looking for. He never once pressured me to buy anything extra and stayed in my budget. He even suggested getting my ring cleaned which I meant to do and completely forgot about. I also have to give thanks to Natalie, every time I come in she is always so sweet and always remembers me.
Tara was a delight to work with and so knowledgeable and helpful. Eric in customer service was quick to get us set up and out the door. The staff is why we will forever buy our jewelry from ashane Co.
I was looking for some earrings or a necklace to pair with my current ones and honestly I did not know where to begin, but Dempsey not sure if the spelling is right told me where to look while he cleaned my ring. Suggested a few different styles that I might like. He helped me through everything and I am enjoying my earrings so much that I am planning to go back in few days to get another one that he suggested. This is the place to go for your wedding rings and regular jewelry as well! Thank you.
