If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I needed to see a periodontist for something urgent, and it was impossible to get in anywhere else. They got me in right away, and not only that. They worked with my insurance to keep my out of pocket expenses as low as possible. Other places were not doing that. Also….their practice is beautiful and their equipment is very advanced. It felt more like a spa and the customer service is amazing. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did, and making me feel comfortable with no judgment. If you need a periodontist, this is the place to go to. Thank you Precision!
Very prompt and personable staff. The facility was clean. Additionally, they accept most insurance plans, making it easy to understand out of pocket costs unlike Master Dental and Orthodontics who cannot tell you anything about cost but estimate much higher. Never fun to go to a periodontist, but they make it as easy as possible.
Both Drs. Mendro and their staff are amazing! The office is beautiful and every single staff member you encounter is friendly and has a smile on their face! They have state of the art technology and are extremely thorough. Everything was reviewed in detail and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Being a dental specialist myself, I was very impressed with the care that I was given as a patient. I trust both Drs. Mendro with the care of my patients as well as care for myself. This is truly one of the most professional offices that I have ever been in! Highly recommend!
PRECISION PERIODONTICS DENTAL IMPLANTS Dr. Ryan L. Mendro is great, patience and explain everything in progress to make you feel great while doing the procedure. I was terrified of what was going to happen. Selina his assistant in the procedure, from explaining to what was going to happen and kept me calm down was also great, Selina and the doctor had everything in control to keep me relaxed. Great customer service from the first call, representative answering the phone, to the hygienist. Sorry can’t remember her name, really bad on name’s Everyone in that office is great. They help you with your well-being and make you feel great to trust them. Thank you all for the great service. Also the facilities and office, equipment, made a big difference of other dental facilities that I have been. This also made me feel much better in my decision of treatment.
Front office staff are great, they are very professional and courteous whilst checking you in/out, I had my first consultation with Dr Lucia , she was very detailed and up front about my treatment and advised me of my options. I also met with Tammy who went over my insurance coverage with me, she was great as well, very detailed and easy going, I can honestly say that personally having a fear of the Dentist , that my anxiety was put to rest prior to the day of my treatment : Every step during the procedure Dr Lucia and her assistant Celina kept checking in with me to ensure I that wasn’t in any pain or feeling any discomfort , They are really great!!! Now just Looking forward to my follow up appointment . Thank you again Dr Lucia and Celina for taking such good care of me.
Dr. Mendro did a consult and two different surgical procedures for me after years of infection in the socket beneath one of my prosthetic teeth resulted in all the bone being eaten away by a huge cyst. He did a great job with the initial evaluation and focused on what mattered to me rather than pushing cosmetic options that could harm the health of my remaining bone. I have cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects all of the mucous membranes and is very harmful to dental and oral health. This means I'm very vulnerable to infections and that certain types of procedures carry a higher risk for me. It also means anesthesia is very risky for me because it can exacerbate the existing issues with my lungs. Dr. Mendro worked with me to develop a treatment plan that would meet my unique needs and keep me as safe as possible. I felt great about returning to him for my procedures and had a wonderful experience. He removed the old diseased root remnant and cyst, cleaned up the infected areas of the remaining bone and surrounding gum tissue, and put in a cadaver bone graft to help my own bone grow back in the area over time. As soon as he finished the root removal and graft, I felt completely comfortable and pain free. Healing was easy and Dr. Mendro paid careful attention to detail with my follow-up scans and evaluations. He always treated me like a person whose values and preferences matter tremendously, and walked me through all of my options clearly while responding to all of my questions thoroughly. I finished up my treatment with him feeling comfortable, informed, and confident about my next steps. Highly recommend Dr. Mendro and his wonderful staff, who are all just as friendly and person-centered as he is. I would happily return to this practice in the future.

The office is immaculate, Radj and Andrea were professional yet kind and compassionate. Tammy is amazing, very helpful. Dr. Lucia Mendro gave me the most thorough periodontal check up I have ever experienced, and I have worked for over 30 years in the dental field. She made me feel at ease, she is a true professional.
Dr. Mendro is a very thorough, highly skilled, friendly, top of his profession periodontist. He is my #1 choice for any periodontal work. I am on the younger age of patients to have hereditary gum issues but he makes the experience very pleasant & offers great advice on how to keep healthy gums & he is an expert at gum graft surgery, which I’ve had to have a few of. He & his staff have a wonderful bedside manner. His office is the cleanest doctor/dental office I have ever been in and he has all of the top of the line equipment and medical tools. His Office Manager, Tammy, is very sweet & professional & has always done an excellent job of explaining any procedures and my financial obligations. I have been seeing Dr. Mendro for 10 years & will continue with him with all of my periodontal needs in the future.
I have to say I was really impressed when I walked into Dr. Mendro's office. Even when making my initial appointment over the phone I could tell that his office staff was so nice and professional. Once meeting Dr. Mendro I felt as ease about the dental work I had to have done. My care before, during, and after the procedure was explained to me in great detail. He was able to answer all of my questions and has one of the best bed side manners!!! I highly recommend this office. I have already told my dad and two other people to go to his office. You won't be disappointed. And another plus: the prices are more reasonable then where I went to before.
