Of all the dentists I have been to Dr. Fern is the best Dentist that I have come across. He is light years better than the dentists I have been to locally and in other states. In the past, getting shots was a pain fest reminiscent of the movie Marathon Man, “Is it safe”? Dr. Fern assured me he would keep my discomfort to a minimum. He was true to his word. When he gave me the shots there was virtually no pain, just a few pinches. That is a first. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I have been looking for a Dentist who would be there and would get to know his patient and their needs and who was good at what they do. The professionalism of this office and personnel was great. I couldn’t have had a better experience. It’s also great to know that when I go to this office, Dr. Fern will be the dentist I see, not some new guy who rotates through the company/corporate business that seems to be the norm in many of these offices today. I have already recommended Dr. Fern to several friends and family members. I am very glad that I found this office. All my dental needs will be taken care of here. I highly recommend Dr. Fern Dr. R. Dr. Ferns and staff are very professional and have a clean welcoming and friendly office. What I appreciate the most is the precision and patience Dr. Ferns exhibits. Dr. Ferns and staff have a very high attention to detail and it is their top priority to take the time and measure to ensure any dental work is done to the highest degree. If you're tired of bouncing from one office to the next, do what I did and come here.
I’m 64 and I’ve had my fair share of dental work since I was a young teen. Too many dentist to count and the one thing most dentist had in common was painful shots and dental work. Not true of Dr Ferns. Hands down best shot provider and pain relief provider. From general dental work to implants he’s the best. I hardily recommend him for pain free great dental work.
Not only does Blue Springs Dental provide wonderful, professional service, they also make the entire appointment incredibly comfortable! Getting your teeth cleaned isn’t necessarily the most pleasant experience, but I can happily say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every one of my appointments thus far. The dental hygienists put in diligent effort and Dr. Fern does the same. Would absolutely recommend to people of all ages.
They were very professional and very thorough. The dentist takes his time to explain and evaluate your dental needs. It was a very good experience.
Dr Ferns is an excellent dentist who has helped me get over my fear of dentist. The whole staff is compassionate and very good, If you want a great dental experience this office is the place to go.
