Ive been going here about 3/4 years. I love the staff And nurses. I love I don’t have to wait long! When you get in your room Dr Hardin walk-in with your prescription ask how you are doing but doesn’t really care and always say it’s the weather. My only issue is they don’t really care about the pain you’re in. Injections don’t work so I stop wasting my time getting them. Pain meds wear off within 3 hours, so I have to stay in pain all day until my nightly dosage. Muscle relaxers and pain patches don’t work in between. IB doesn’t help!!! This pain I have is not managed. The stars is for the nurses and the staff in the front. Tammy is amazing!

I’ve been going here since the beginning of the year. This is the 5th pain management Doctor I’ve gone to to get facet Injections and ablations. Dr. Frenette and his staff are amazing! I’ve been in other Doctors waiting room for up to 5 hours just waiting. Eventually they brought me back to have to change into a gown and wait another hour or so answering the same questions for the hundredth time. They would rarely get me comfortable enough to, at the very least, forget the procedure. It is such a breath of fresh air to go here and be treated well. They all know my name, and are warm, and treat me with respect. I have had at least 8 Injections on my neck and back and over 8 Radial Ablations since 2014. Dr. Frenette has done 4 of my ablations so far. The prep for a procedure at this office entails: 1. Put shoe covers on my feet 2. Put me on a comfortable table 3. Give the proper amount of light sedation, making sure I’m actually comfortable! 4. Wake up fairly quickly and get in a wheelchair. 5. Take me to my Vehicle. I don’t remember anything unpleasant afterwards. Everyone there seems like they are happy to be there and are always so sweet and accommodating. It’s night and day compared to the other places I’ve been! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Frenette and his fantastic staff! I and am so grateful and relieved that they make this otherwise incredibly traumatic experience pleasant.

My parents used to go to this pain clinic. They are both over 80 and don't get around as well as they used to. They liked Dr. Frenette, but there is an RN named Mandi that is the rudest person ever. She is always short with my parents and treats them like trash. They have moved to another clinic because of this RN with a nasty attitude. BEWARE!!

I have been going for 3 years. I love Dr.Frenette and the other two doctors...they really care about your pain and your overall health. The nurses and staff are very nice and caring. They do everything they can to help you. I would like to thank all of them for really helping and caring about each person.

This Pain Clinic are very friendly and very professional make sure your pain is manageable the best way possible not everything is not about pain medication they talk with you they have u do physical therapy to help manage your pain and try to get you back where you need to be as for health wise and be able to things around the house and activities. I would recommend this clinic to the ones who.need the treatment

Dr.Frenette and his nursing staff has always been so nice and caring towards me. I literally tell everyone who is look for a pain clinic to try this place. These people have a job to do and rules to follow some people take that on the wrong way. But I love and appreciate them so much!

It's a good place. But I don't get what I really need.
